Really good quality. Double layer really stays Cold a long time. Product is a little heavy but I guess that is why it stays cold so long. Nice flexible jell forms to your body great. Would recommend.

Recently had rotator cuff surgery. This ice pack is perfect to use after PT or if you just need relief from pain. You can make it tight, with the attached Velcro strap, to compress on your shoulder, which really helps with the pain. It gets really cold and stays cold for a good 10 to 12 minutes.

Great for medium built people. Not for larger people.

This shoulder gel pak is easy to get on and off, fits just right. Better them the blue shoulder gel pak I bought the same day.

I bought two of these, one for cold and one for heat treatments. This product does a good job as a cold pack. I feel it lacks as a heat pack as it takes much greater time in the microwave oven than that recommended by the manufacturer. It doesn’t stay hot very long either. The other item is the fit on the arm and shoulder which I find difficult. I bought the medium size whose dimensions more than cover my arm and chest dimensions however it is a struggle to get it on my upper arm, very tight fit. When I first put it on the black on the neoprene rubbed off on my shirt. Again as a cold pack it works well once I get it on which helps my shoulder pain.

I bought this for my wife's very painful shoulder/rotator cuff strain. Used in combination with an arm sling (also from Amazon ) it really relieved the pain for her. Well-made, sturdy and easy to use-you'll need help putting it on though. It's a one piece gel pack with built-in strap that goes in to the freezer between uses.

This ice pack allows you to continue working as you are treating your injury. Very nice!!

Apparantly my issue needs more than just support but, this thing does help some. Pros : 1. Fits well and not too hard to situate. 2. Heatable/Freezable Gel-pack included. 3. Does provide some support 3. Usable on either shoulder Cons: 1. Just didn't provide as much support as I was hoping but, some beats none (probably due to my issue and not the brace). 2. The front buckle on the positioning strap keeps wanting to pull sideways (loosening the snugness and crinkling up the strap so, that kinda gets on my nerves a little). Overall, I'm satisfied with it. It's versatility (hot/cold & usable on either shoulder) justifies the purchase (if only for what it does for me now plus, what I may need it for in the future). Really helps with sleeping (rolling over on side/shoulder) I gave it a 4 but, could reach a 4.5 star rating.

Bought this based on advice from a Physiotherapist and other reviews. The cover and strap keep the pack in place on my shoulder well. I have only used it as a cold pack (chilled in the fridge) so can't comment on using it as heat pack.

Prodotto molto efficace per quelle non patologie che hanno bisogno solo del ghiaccio o del calore. Unico neo che voglio evidenziare pur dando 5 stelle e’ che il gel una volta tirato fuori dal freezer mantiene il freddo non proprio a lungo. Nonostante ciò il prodotto risulta valido.
