It comes with some very basic instructions but it all is self explanatory

Does the hand gripper make a squeaky sound when you squeeze it? i work in a quiet office and cant use my current one b/c of the squeaks when i squeez

Mine makes absolutely no noise at all when exercising with it... It would be perfect for a quiet office environment...
