Effects are noticeable !
This is my 2nd day of use. I usually never take supplements except the occasional zinc during flu. But recently I read about how we are no longer getting magnesium from our drinking water. So I bought this supplement. It arrived yesterday. I ate one pill after lunch and one after dinner. I also drank Chamomile tea in the evening. Here is what I noticed: Day 1 - After lunch I ate the magnesium pill. 1 hour later I found myself walking around without feeling lethargic. Im a lethargic person, so this change was very noticeable. I just kept walking and feeling energized. I noticed my anxiety went down. Even though the thoughts that created the anxiety were still there, it felt like the edge of the anxiety was taken off. Later, drinking chamomile tea further increased this relaxing effect. My gaming performance during the evening was noticeably better than normal and I was relaxed during the gameplay. The relaxation made me think better. I ate one pill after dinner and went to sleep. Day 2 - In the morning that 'walking effect' continued. I was drinking chamomile tea. I walked in normal speed for atleast 1 hour without feeling any tiredness and actually enjoyed the process. Wow. This is quite a big change for me. I'm also going thru a personal issue which normally causes depression but I noticed this time that the negative feeling was under control. I am talking and thinking more peacefully. The mood is more stable. now I understand why they say Magnesium is good to combat depression. As I write this review, it is post afternoon. I'm feeling good and relaxed. I'm l supposed to be depressed right now because of the personal issue but I'm not. May be I was so deficient in Magnesium all there years? Some of the relaxing effects were surely from the Chamomile as well, so I thought it was good to mention about it. Btw the Chamomile is from 'Teabox'. These two feel like a good 'stack'.
