Mounts right up to starter location on my LS3. Held the flywheel in place well enough for the crank bolt to be buzzed off. Would give it 5 stars but the webpage won't allow me to click the 5th star.

Works great used more then ten times

So honest review, I was able little skeptical buying this but it is great. Swapping engines on my 2004 yukon and this came in very handy today breaking the flex plate bolts loose. Simply installs where the starter is. Grabs the teeth of the flex plate and the bolt holes have enough wiggle room to get it just right. Fits perfectly and functions as it should. Even with putting a little more than recommended torque on it, it didn't budge or slip. Great value. Don't know if or when I'll need it again so it'll go in my ever growing tool box.

Installation was simple and easy, this tool functions exactly as should, strong metal design and definitely a great value

Works great does what it should

Ok let me start off by says the item works as it should, buuuuuutttttt one issue. So yesterday 2/6/2023 I’m working on putting a brand new LS3 together for my C6 corvette because well I sent the other one too the moon with WAY too much boost and meth. So when installing the tool I couldn’t get both holes to line up which meant 1 bolt extra tight and prayers to the car gods. So I press my balancer on and now I need to TQ it down. 240 ft/lb 😱. I start my digital tq meter and get my long bar ready. I start putting my weight into it and watch it climb. 120, 150, 170…and then it happens. 190 ft/lb and it spins freely. They horror that just crossed my soul that maybe the bolt snapped…shouldn’t have its ARP…so then I thought maybe the threads in the crank stripped…either way I was panicking. Turns out the teeth slipped off the fly wheel because the tool moved. So got my grips and pulled the tool over as had as I could to get it logged up. Got the second bold in and tq to 240lbs. Moral of the story is their welds we’re slightly off and I almost died

I used this tool while performing a complete tear downn of my 5.3L LS engine. I watched a video of someone using it and I had to try it since I had no help but needed to secure my flywheel. I 100% would recommend this tool to anyone performing the same task. Strong, sturdy and machined to fit my 2011 chevy silverado1500 5.3L. Worth every penny

Perfect tool and price. Replaced the front main seal on my 2002 silverado 1500 and made the final install quick and easy. Held the flex plate the correct way from spinning.

Had to put the flywheel on WITHOUT spacer for the lq4. Just took out the bolt without issue.

Must have in order to do this job.

Works great for tightening crank bolt on. Leaned all my weight on the bolt and never let go.
