In my experience it holds better then jam the smell is powerful though but it works so great for my daughters hair who is mixed n has extremely thick long hair

I did a retwist for my husband and I hair, and it turned out so beautiful. It stayed in place, no flakes, it has a clean look. It doesn't really have a smell but that's ok. I will be purchasing this product again. I can't wait to see our results in a few hours. PLEASE SPEND YOUR MONEY 😊

This worked well for my 4C natural hair. As a thick gel(?), I expected it to make my hair "crunchy" or dry, but, it seems to have made it stiff and soft. The stiff hold was good because it seems to add some level of anti reversion my blown out hair. I like it!

I do locs and twists and this is a really good product . They no longer sell this item at my local hair store so i purchase from Amazon now , arrives quick .

I love the hold this product has. I use it for my sons locs and to lay my hair down. It’s better than gel.

It's okay. White residue is not great. Used on locs, good hold but again--residue.
