This is a really well made beautiful product. Unfortunately I opted for the small size when I should probable have gone for the medium. It arrived from Holland (I think) so rather than return it - it is pretty heavy - I ordered more shock cord and replaced the side laces. This worked perfectly and if I ever lose enough weight I can always put the original final laces back again. It fits snugly and is very comfortable to wear. For me it’s much better than wearing a back pack because of how closely it fits my body and it doesn’t move around. It was quite expensive but it’s very well made and it’s what I was needing so it’s worth it. I’m still building up on the number of weights I’m adding to it but it’s good. The best part of exercising with it is taking it off is so I’m sure it’s doing what it’s meant to.

Best weighted vest I have owned by far and comfortable to wear, expensive but hopefully get value back over years of use.

I’ve had the Pro for over 5 years. Bought this for my wife. Vest is well made, robust and fits on snug with no movement - ie able to carry out running, walking, circuits etc without it being a hindrance. Often use walking in the hills which gives a good workout

Vest is fine but the medium vest is advertised as 20lbs but only weighs 10lbs

I'm a little confused by what you receive: My large vest arrived with 65 of 76 pockets filled ie11 empty (3L, 3R, 5rear - ie the entire top row...since 65 pockets * 2.3oz = 149.5oz or 9.34375 pounds it appears I have been shorted by the 4 or 5 weights...10pounds = 160 oz /2.3 = 69.565

Brilliant product. I could not buy the weights though, so a bit disappointing not to be able to scale up in weight.

Excellent vest. Easy to fit to form. Great material. Extremely well made. Exceptional quality! Arrived in a few days. Yes, the vest is quite expensive, but such high quality, you will never need to replace it!! I thought I ordered a medium but seller sent me a small. It still fits (Australian Ladies 12-14) thanks to the elastic side adjustments expanding, however now I cannot increase the weight to my desired future goal, and the medium would have been the perfect fit for my size. I have checked my invoice and the size I ordered does not appear anywhere on the order, so I can’t be 100% certain if it was the seller’s mistake or mine.

I have now had this vest for over 2 months. I didn't know if I would use a weight vest consistently, so prior to this one I decided to try the Tone fitness one at 8lbs. That one goes over the head and sits at the waist, and I liked it a lot (some may not like the weight on the clavicle area though). Since that one is static weight, I decided to try this one once I decided I enjoyed using a weight vest. I liked that it used metal weights and was adjustable. I previously bought the Pro version via "used" on Amazon but when I got it it already had some tiny holes in it. I decided to fork out the money for the pro version and it feels MUCH more durable. I didn't get the other one they have designed for women because the weights are in 2.5 increments and are sand, as well as not as distributed over the torso/back - but that one did look nice at half the price. At the time of purchase, I was 156 lbs, 5'4", size 10/12 (woman) with a short torso. I got a medium and it fit with about 2-3 inches of cord. Its very compressive, which is great because I have shoulder pain and I noticed the weight didn't sit at my shoulders at all but very evenly distributed. No issue with the clip on the cord moving as older reviews state; the clip has been changed and is not the same as the picture. It doesn't budge. The logo is also white, not orange. 10 lbs is a nice weight for walking - it actually comes in closer to 11 lbs. I am not washing the vest, as taking and reinserting the weights would be tedious. I like that this is likely the last vest I will ever buy - as I get older, I can take weight out as needed. The packaging is pretty cheap - just a plain cardboard box, but I guess they save money on packaging. No hot spots on the best, but your mileage will vary depending on your body shape (and how it changes). I thought the corners in the armpit area would be annoying, but it's been fine. I wear it with a workout tank underneath for my walks. All in all, for durability, flexibility of weights, weight distribution, and value for those things,I think this is the best weight vest out there. I looked at others that seemed much cuter, but they were only a static 5lbs (and pricier!) and that wasn't going to cut it for me.

I use this when I walk my dogs it’s comfortable easy to wear highly recommend
