I have bought this several times! It gives me lots of needed energy.

Love this stuff, can't go without it. I've been taking forever, I feel and see a significant difference very shortly after I run out if I don't have a backup or don't restock right away. I hope they never stop making it.

I take 1 (the dosage is 2) any day that I am feeling tired but need to get things done. I tried taking 2 but felt too jittery. One capsule is perfect for me. It gives me steady energy with caffeine and capsaicin for about 5 hours. That's usually all I need to accomplish my daily tasks and not keep me awake at night. If you do take 2 capsules, I recommend that you drink decaf beverages so you don't get too much caffeine. I didn't experience a lack of appetite but I didn't eat a lot because I was busy. I take this about once a week.

This product works very well but if you have a sensitive stomach, it’ll make you a little nauseous.

I do think it helps a little with fat loss. I am already in good shape and bought this hoping for a little boost to go from 6 visible abs to 8. I do appear a little leaner without changing much else in my diet & training program. Now for the negative: the caffeine crash I get coming off this is HUGE. I normally don’t experience caffeine crashes, but I do with this supplement. Overall I’d give it an “ok” rating and might look at something else in the future.

I have low blood pressure, all the time. As a result I have a slow metabolism and I’m tired almost all day. It’s hard to maintain my weight. I’ve been using this for 6 months, I’m amazed at how well it works. I take one pill in the morning and I’m good all day, the energy is amazing. And you know all of the places that are difficult to tone when you’re in your 40’s? This will get that done faster than if you were still in your early 20’s. Can’t recommend this product enough, it’s amazing.

I took it once! Once. And I didn’t even take two pills I only took one, I ate 20 minutes prior to taking and around 2 hours later my stomach started hurting really badly so I started drinking water, 30 minutes later I threw up all the water and food I ate, it’s been about 30 minutes since I threw up as I’m writing this and my stomach still is hurting and I coughed a little bit ago and threw up again. If you have a sensitive stomach this product is not for you. And that also says a lot figuring my stomach is sensitive in the sense I get stomach aches but I don’t throw up literally ever not even when I’m sick. I had the stomach flu and I threw up once, so that says a lot.

So I'm a pretty avid gym/work out person (gym about 5 days a week) and iv tried a lot of different supplements to help give me energy and this stuff is pretty great especially after a long shift and I dont have energy to give it my all at the gym. That being said it's not a miracle worker you definitely have to put in the work but I really love this stuff and it dosen't make me dizzy or gittery definitely recommend.
