Well when it arrived I thought oh god looking at the instructions, they are complicated. Best thing to do with them is the bin. Straight up, you don’t need them, just plug the monitor in use the mode that even comes with it, set up the simple country date time etc, connect it to your wifi which was really quick, then fit cameras where you want them, and the best bit as soon as plugged in they just work! Omg this was the easiest piece of equipment that I have bought and installed and I am definitely no tech genius, once installed the cameras that come with it you could even add more on again if you want to, you can click on each of the images and zoom in if you want to the picture quality is brilliant, right click to get out of the image. It took me quite some time to work this out which was the only part that I found suddenly oh God, how do we get out of this one camera but it was as simple as that it’s only been up a day so I haven’t had the chance to see how easy and simple it is to find playbacks at certain times if he was to look for something of an incident but for CCTV monitoring to see what’s going on around a yard a garden or wherever I don’t think it gets much better for this and the value is brilliant, a friend putting a system that cost a few thousand there’s no comparison. Only down side to connect your phone it wants your credit card details!! Says it won’t take a payment but all the same!! This sadly I won’t do so can’t use my phone for them but for general surveillance, it’s a good bit of kit

This is a great set for a DIY. Easy to set up initially and also link with your phone. The customer service is second to none and if you do hit a snag the response is swift and helpful. I have contacted twice for help in setting up additional cameras to add to the system which can take up to 10 and with a query regarding the hard drive and both times have received the help I needed. I like that the monitor is separate so totally stand alone. If you want a kit to install yourself this is definitely a good choice

This system has been very reliable with clear images, very easy to setup without the need for wiring is even better. Just plug in the cameras where ever you want them, turn on the screen and away you go I would highly recommend this company, i also have my TV’s by this company, again top quality. So if your looking for sensible pricing, and very good follow up support, then order yours with confidence. You will be surprised and happy

It really is a plug-n-play system. Everything works straight away and my cameras are spread out around the house and no real issues with signal. Also great quality footage from the cameras. There’s a couple of issues for me though. Firstly the HDD is very noisy! It’s two rooms away from our bedroom and we can hear it at night. Think of a 90’s PC tower and the noise of the disk drive working away. Really annoying. My last system made over a decade ago was silent. I also notice a bit of jumping when streaming either live or recorded footage. It’s ok when you view it on the device itself but on your mobile through the app, there’s a bit of jumping. (I’m just about to upgrade the Ethernet cable to a higher class to try and stop this). Finally the app: occasionally has adverts when you load it up (which is frustrating) and I can imagine it being a bit complicating to use for some users. The basics are easy enough, but anything a little more complex like movement notifications etc throw even me. It could all be slicker. All in all, it’s a decent product for the money but has a few areas which are a bit of a let down. Super easy to install though, so for a novice it’s ideal. You can ignore all the complex stuff if you want.

I wanted a Security camera system which could monitor outdoor and indoor area of my house. After researching I settled for Hiseeu Wireless Security Camera System model number 8WK-12V-4HB312-3T. It’s an excellent system. It was quick to configure, easy to install and the night vision is also good plus the 3 TB hard disk which records from the cameras is a great feature. The system also does not burn a hole in the pocket and one can easily setup the system as a novice DIY like myself. It was delivered the next day. The system is very simple to configure. In fact was pleasantly surprised to see all the four cameras were pre-configured and immediately synched up with the NVR unit. A few tips before installing the cameras which can make life very simple: • Mark the locations where you want to install the cameras. Measure the distance from the camera to the 230V AC plug point. In my case two cameras needed an extension lead. You can buy 12V DC 5.5x2.1mm as shown in the picture from Amazon or any other site for £3 to £5 depending on the length of the cable. • The cameras come with three leads and in many instances only 12V DC lead is required to power the cameras. Unfortunately, the two remaining leads are not required but their size is big and one does not want to drill a big hole in the wall. I bought a small weatherproof outdoor junction box as shown and housed these two leads in this box and only drilled a small hole to take the 12V DC lead inside. The junction box costs only between £4 to £10. • Next power all the cameras and the NVR unit. You will see within minutes all the four cameras can be seen on the NVR screen! • Now take the individual cameras and try putting them approx. where you want to install them and power them temporarily. Check if the NVR unit still shows all the cameras. • Good part of this system is that the NVR unit has its own Wifi system and one does not need to connect the cameras to your own Wifi wireless or wired • In my case one camera could not connect to the NVR unit due to some internal walls blocking the signal or possibly due to the distance from the camera to the NVR. The great part is that Hiseeu supplies you an external antenna. I connected the same to this camera as shown. This external antenna boosts the signal and my camera got connected to the NVR unit! • Once you have completed the above steps. Download the App on your mobile and as per instructions connect to the NVR unit. Scan the barcode from the NVR to setup your App on the mobile. This way it is easy to setup the App. • App is great as it allows you to also talk via the speaker of the camera with anyone on the other side of the camera! • You can add further max four cameras if you wish Overall very pleased with the system.

Fácil instalación.

Per un non esperto come me, il software è facile da usare. L'installazione è super intuitiva. Il manuale è redatto in maniera semplice, tale da poter installare il sistema in pochi minuti. Telecamere robuste. Le immagini sia diurne che notturne di buona qualità. Ottimo il segnale wi-fi, nel nostro caso 25 metri superando due muri prima di arrivare all’unità centrale. L'unità centrale con monitor e Hard Disk è collocata nel soggiorno e non produce alcun rumore. Il backup e la riproduzione dei video sono molto semplici. Da gennaio non ho mai perso un minuto di video e audio (tranne, ovviamente, quando è saltata la corrente). Questo aspetto era ed è per me di fondamentale importanza, per tale motivo ho aspettato molto prima di scrivere questa recensione. Ho scelto questo marchio perché c'erano molti commenti positivi sul servizio post-vendita. Ho lasciato accidentalmente il trasformatore di una camera sotto la pioggia, mi hanno risposto subito, risolvendo il problema. È comprensibile il motivo per cui ha così tanti commenti positivi.

Produit excellent. L’installation est extrêmement simple, les caméras se connectent automatiquement sans fil au système. L’écran est déplaçable partout dans les locaux sans aucun problème. Le disque dur est intégré, ce qui facilite la gestion des enregistrements. Il est également possible de définir des zones d’alarme, avec sirène et flash lumineux intégrés, pour renforcer la sécurité. L’application est très facile à mettre en place et à utiliser. Je recommande fortement ce kit pour sa qualité d’image et sa praticité.

Wir haben das Set mit 4 Kameras und der 3TB Festplatte mit Monitor seit 11 Monaten im Einsatz und sind sehr zufrieden. Preis Leistung top in Ordnung. Gute Tag und Nacht Bildqualität. Gute Bewegungserkennung über den Monitor. Grafische Markierung im Zeitbalken zum Zeitpunkt der Bewegungserkennung. Videofiles können leicht auf einen USB Stick gesichert werden. In meinem Fall 24h Aufzeichnung. Videofile über Zeitbereich festlegbar. Die Steuerung über das App erwies sich erst als mangelhaft. Keine Alarmweitergabe über Push Benachrichtigung. Auf den Chatkontakt zur Servicehotline wurde rasch reagiert, binnen 2 Minuten. Kein Chatbot sondern eine echte Person. Die Lösung war schnell gefunden. Das System wurde von mir selbst falsch im App angelegt. Nach Hilfestellung und einer ToDo Anleitung (Link und Video) durch den Support, konnte das System rasch funktionsfähig gemacht werden. App Steuerung funktioniert nun einwandfrei. Push Benachrichtigung und kurze Alarmvideoclips können aufgerufen werden. Haben das System nun seit 11 Monaten in Verwendung. Keine Beanstandungen. Top. Nachtrag: wir nutzen das App ohne Cloud da wir direkt über das WLAN auf die 3TB Festplatte zugreifen. Wenn ersteinmal richtig eingestellt, ist das System sehr zu empfrhlen. Gute Leistung für diesen Preis.

Acheté pour mon établissement, les caméras sont de très bonne qualité. La vision sur le moniteur est nette. Le plus de cet article est le disque dur d'une capacité 3To. Je ne regrette en rien cet achat qui est d'un très bon rapport qualité prix ce d'autant plus que j'en ai profité pendant les black friday
