Comfortable Pillows
Right size and works well for me as I have to sleep on my back practically sitting up!

Flat in minutes
If you love down fill then you may like this but probably won't love it. Truly goes flat as a pancake in minutes and hard to fluff back up. You can feel it flatten as you lay your head in it and it doesn't stop until it's flat & hard. I have a king size and even bought a queen size pillow protector to try and keep it a little fluffed. Nope. I really really wanted to live this as I live Marriott pillows in person.

Flattens Quickly
Not the same as the Ritz at all. These flatten quickly, even after fluffing on no-heat with dryer balls. Returned. :(

Flattens with head weight, not filled enough

This is NOT the pillow from the Ritz Carlton hotel
The pillow is completely flat once your head rests on it. The filler separates and leaves the pillow flat where your head rests. This is definitely not the pillows used at the hotel. Very disappointing! Had these in a guest room and finally used them and not pleased at all.

Was pretty disappointed with this pillow, which was relatively flat. I did try fluffing it but it goes flat again after short use. Had to return
