GREAT FOR BEGINNERS
I bought this set of needles as I just picked up crocheting and they were the best investment as a beginner — not only are the colors super pretty but it’s nice to have so many different sizes as I experiment with different yarn. They make it very easy to adjust as someone new to crocheting. Love theseee, this was my first project!

Love the yarn needles and the price and choices
I have crochet in 30 years retired wanted to do something and my niece came to visit me and was making a baby blanket for her friend. I said oh wow I know how to crochet so she said we’ll go to Michael’s and get us. Oh no I’m going to Amazon. I love my Amazon so when I showed her the price that I got my stuff for she said oh I’m gonna go to Amazon.

Okay crochet hooks if you don't want to spend a lot on them.

Hope You Have 20/20 Vision
These hooks are great for crocheting. I have used those brand for 40 years. The only problem is now that I am 77 and have macular degeneration, it is difficult to see the size. I wish it was raised even more so it could be like braille or if they just used a different color for the size than the color of the hook! That would help immensely. One-third of children are now near sighted due to lack of sun. Elders either have cataracts, presbyopia, or macular degeneration. We need a little help. I have a magnifier but even with that I have to go out on the patio to read it. I do know what colors are what sizes now as I made myself a color chart. Perhaps people think they are so beautiful they do not want to t to use a contrasting color. For us sight-impaired folks, we are not interested in aesthetics…just want to get on with our crocheting. Luckily we can print out patterns in larger darker fonts.

pretty colors - easy to hold - sturdy but not heavy
love these. metal is sturdy. color ares pretty. doesnt have the rubber handholds but i prefer the metal and find them comfortable and easy to crochet with.
