Kalihari Pepper African Rhino Peri-Peri Sauce - Hot!, 6.75 oz., 1 Bottle

We love this sauce, it is great on chicken which is what we use it on. There is not much heat with this sauce, even the X hot I find pretty mellow. My wife does not like much heat so she finds this perfect. I keep several hot sauces around and this one is a staple.

I could practically drink this stuff, it is literally my favorite sauce. My dad and I use it to marinate steaks, I also use it as a dipping sauce, it’s so versatile and absolutely delicious. I use the mild because I’m not a huge spicy person. This sauce has the perfect balance of spice and sweet, like I said - I would drink it honestly. I have always been, and always will be, a Rhino sauce fan.

African Rhino has done a good job of putting together a nice but very mild sauce anchored on the fiery Piri Piri pepper. This stuff doesn't have enough heat to make an Eskimo smile, but it sure does taste good! The immediate impact is smoky, earthy...with a sharp tangy bite from lemon and cider vinegar, with middle notes of the roasted garlic. It finishes with an infantile bit of heat from the Piri Piri. Just enough to be noticed. It may be too mild for some, but there's no denying the incredible effort made to create some really exotic and complex flavors in this one-of-a-kind hot sauce. I can imagine this product being a great addition to homemade chili, Asian-style salad dressing or giving an acidic peppery kick to spaghetti....but if you're looking for mouth-searing heat, you'll need to look elsewhere.

I get the Mild, so no heat, oh but the flavor!!! It is not a thick sause, so caution when pouring. It is pricey, thats the only thing I dont like, but the taste makes it worth it... You might not want to use it everyday because it will go fast. I use it as a treat once a week.

This is my overall favorite hot sauce. It pairs very well with many different foods, though my favorite is probably on a sandwich. Very little heat in the mild version, I'd say 1/10.

If you have ever had Peri Peri sauce, this stuff is the best. I have tired Nando's multiple times and like it as well. This brand is just as good, and provides substantially better value in my opinion. This is great for grilling chicken or other meats.

This hot sauce smells amazing and I was incredibly stoked to try it but unfortunately, the seal broke in shipping, the cap either broke or came off, and the contents spilled everywhere in the bag it was shipped in. A little bit of tape could have saved this from the trash and a refund issued and I would have delicious smelling hot sauce. I am sad. I also am still out of hot sauce.
