Great, similar, less expensive!
These are great. Day one I set one up with blue colors and one with red colors. There are a bunch of LED colors and activation options to choose from. I played a racing game using the gyro steering (Asphalt 9) and everything worked flawlessly. I played shooters with gyro aiming (Splatoon 2 and Overwatch) and things felt fine. The ("Binbok" brand) packaging is nice and will be reused when traveling, because since these have rechargeable batteries you can't take them out like you could with the Wavebird. The packaging will help keep the batteries from being run down (and buttons being pressed) while they're in your backpack. The overall size is extremely similar to Nintendo's Pro Controller. (That's great.) The weight is a tad less than the Nintendo's Pro Controller. Nothing is distractingly different. These "Binbok" controllers have two additional buttons (one for turbo, one for lights) that DO NOT get in the way. These controllers have a rumble "vibration intensity" setting as well. The ZL & ZR (L2 & R2) triggers feel a bit long and overall the buttons feel slightly more "plastic-y" and have a hair shorter throw. These controllers do not have Amiibo support or Nintendo's "HD Rumble", otherwise they'd be a direct replacement for Nintendo's Pro Controller. I recommend these. EDIT: I eventually turned off the LEDs to save battery, although I actually just set it to "when the controller rumbles" and then turned rumble off in-game.

Update: drift issue after 7 months of casual use. Great throwback 90s clear style
Update: 2 Years in. Still working great, drift issues sometimes but I think it's more software than a hardware because resetting seems to fix it. I don't play with the LEDs on anymore since they are too bright. There's not much functionality for them besides aesthetic. Also, the ZL/ZR buttons have sharp edges. I've found it painful when my fingers dont press on the exact center. Not ideal for intensive gameplay. One more note, my hands get abnormally sweating with this controller. I don't have sweaty hands in general. Something about the plastic not making it breathable. Just thought I'd add some more after 2 years of use. Update: 7 Months later after casual use and the left control stick is having drifting issues. It was a bit tricky at first to pair with the system. What worked for me was to go into settings and turn on Wired Pro Controller mode and then hook it up with the USB cable it comes with. Then attach your joycons to the dock. Once it's paired wirelessly, go into controller set up and select the wired controller as your main (press L+R). Take out the USB and it should work wirelessly. I did notice that I have to repeat the process every time the system updates, but it's not a huge deal breaker. At this price, this controller is a better alternative to the expensive official one and other third parties. The lights are a bit bright and I wish I could adjust it, but otherwise it looks beautiful. Something like this seems like it costs a ton but honestly for $25 I'm very satisfied with the quality. It holds nicely in my hands. Try it out!

Great value and great battery life!!
I am blown away at the quality of this controller. I have always been a sucker for the clear controllers with the lights but most are wired controllers and if not they suck the battery dry. I played for 2 days with this controller without having to charge.... That was surprising. The buttons have a great feel to them and I really like the dpad as well. The shoulder buttons (LZ/RZ) are not push buttons but are rocker style buttons like a PS4 controller for example which I really like as well. Only small thing I noticed was it doesn't wake your Switch up from an off position, but all you have to do is hit the power on your switch and then press the home button and it is instantly recognized so it's not a real issue. Synced up easily, feels comfortable, lights up, battery life is great. Definitely a great alternative to the double priced switch pro controller.

Great Quality for $25
I had the issue that the description talked about, that after the most recent 12.0 update you cannot pair this controller wirelessly. I paired it with the wire and now when I turn it on, it connect wirelessly instantly. It is really good quality for the price. The joysticks feel alot better than the ones from the original joycons and the thing I was worried about, the motion controls work perfect. Looking at the vibration motors spin is fun. My only issues are that the clear plastic is a little more sticky than what most other controllers are made out of (but they have other similar controllers made out of better materials) and that the two back ZR/ZL trigger buttons are uncomfortable. On at least the joycons, the two back trigger buttons do not stick out too far, are rounded and the back plate of plastic curves so your fingers do not touch them. In this controller they stick out far and have a sharp corner.

Bright Worth It Wireless Switch Controller!
So this controller is amazing just got it today and after a few hours of use i have no complaints it connects to my nintendo switch and my nintendo switch light easily! Comparing it to a Nintendo brand Pro Controller its a little lighter but doesn't feel any cheaper at all the D pad and buttons feel great and the whole design of the controller feels comfortable I have custom thumb grips on mine but they aren't needed at all! The colors are nice and bright and the instructions in the box with the power cable are easy to understand with the Turbo controls and the ability for several modes of light configuration! If I had to change anything I would put another lighting mode that slowly cycles through all the colors I think that would be pretty neat! Deff worth the money so far will update on battery life later but as of now thinking of buying another so I have an extra for me and my son to play games together.
