These have smooth paper, nice colors. The sheets pull easily off the binder. The cardboard backing is sturdy. 50 pages per notepad (not 30). And the price was right! Very pleasant color, the line spacing is nice and not too wide, paper tears off nicely and easily. Paper itself is on the thinner side, so don't expect to be able to use both sides, but for shopping lists, small disposable notes and other casual writing this is a very good notepad. No smell whatsoever, well packaged.

Love the price, love the colours. I used to buy Mead pads, but these are just as great and much cheaper. I use them for notes in my practice all the time. The colours make me happy and the paper is great quality.
