I shopped around quite a bit for a new ultrasonic vapor diffuser. Wow, am I so happy with this one! It is extremely elegant and decorative. It is a piece of decor in addition to its essential functions of filling a room with a soft glowing light and a special fragrance. I was so worried about its fragility in shipping, but the box arrived with the components very carefully and safely packaged. It comes with a brief instruction manual with tips on filling it and keeping it clean. I had compared this product to a very similar one that was more than 20% more expensive, and I'm so glad I chose this one. It looks much more expensive than it is. The two buttons are easy to operate, one controls the light, the other controls how long the mist turns on for (half hour to 3 hours). A full120ml tank of water can last longer than 3 hours, which is a safety and durability benefit because I don't need to worry about it dry-burning itself (that's what happend to my old vapor diffuser). It is so quiet (compared to my last one) that at first I had to keep looking over to check that it was still running. It is wonderfuly quiet.

Its quiet, and the lighting is great to set the mood for the room, several color options to choose from and each color has a low or brighter setting. Sleek design. I use essential oils in the water so it has a nice scent. The lights by the buttons are distracting though but a quick fix with a little piece of black electrical tape. The size is nice and fits perfect on my nightstand. Great value for great quality. The mist output is perfect, not too much and not so little that it can't handle a bedroom by itself.

Great quality! Nice size. This fills our 400 square foot room with pleasant aroma. This is easy to fill, has an automatic shut off, and is easy to clean. It’s a very attractive way to decorate. Love this!

Bought this the first time Nov 2021, here I am almost 3 years later and buying the same one again. It has been great and worked wonderfully on a daily usage. On average, I've used it about 6 times a week, sometimes multiple times a day as I would have it on in the am and then refill it later in the day. I've been brutal with it as it has been with us while we moved and has never lost color, its lights, appeal, and use. The only reason I'm back again is because it stopped working correctly. When you fill up the reservoir, below the middle piece on the base of the reservoir is a small circle that can be seen when you take the top plastic off. Under this middle piece is the fan motor and a small plastic circular piece (when we took it apart). This circular plastic piece is essential to keep that middle piece in place when you fill up the reservoir with water so it doesn't spill out the bottom of the diffuser. That plastic piece broke and it leaked water/oil and burned up. We cleaned the circuit board but that circular plastic piece was already broken into pieces and wouldn't allow proper use. We tried to Macgyver it with a plastic bottle top but no luck. All in all, this is a great diffuser that has withstood some beatings and lots of use. I'm happily buying another.

The best way I can tell others that this company took care of my issue is by showing you the emails that took place between us. They asked me to share my experience on Amazon. My diffuser didn't stay on for long. I kept it because it is beautiful and goes so well with my decor. I decided to email them about the issue and they sent a new unit that works well. Also to note, the power plug on the new unit is now on the side, not on the bottom which is helpful. It was difficult to plug it in, on the bottom, when it was full of water. Follow the instructions to not overfill and not get water in air outlet channel (this information follows in the email thread). If it doesn't work properly, email the company. They had the new unit to me within a week. I have the grey swirled glass model. I ran the new unit and actually timed it, and it was on for 3 hours yesterday. If the unit still can not work properly after you tried out above options, we’d like to send you a new replacement. Oh my goodness! Where to start?? I suffer from chronic insomnia where when it's really bad I can average around half an hours sleep all night & for 4-5 nights. It can be a real killer...I have tried EVERYTHING...Anyway I stumbled across this gorgeous diffuser and thought 'why not?'. So far the results have been astonishing. The last time I slept like this was before having my kids - 24yrs ago. I'm using Nikura's 'sweet dreams' blend and have been out immediately as my lights off & getting 8-12 undisturbed hours sleep. I use the timer function to turn it off after an hour & if I get up to use the bathroom I put it back on for the same again. The diffuser is stunning to look at. The main cover is glass & so it makes a beautiful item on your bedside. The colour changes are extremely soft & cast a localised glow only. The rest of the room stays nice & dark and its amazingly quiet..to be truthful- I honestly can't hear ANYTHING coming from it. So simple to use - you just gently pull the glass cover off, fill the water tank inside, add a few drops of the essential oil into the water & put the lid on followed by the glass cover...that's it. Each water tank will last at least a good 2-3hours and it smells gorgeous! It looks MUCH more expensive than it is! My family all guessed the price when it arrived & they're honestly thought it was between £45-£65 and were stunned when I told them the real price! A beautiful & item and so far my personal experience has been truly positive. I'd certainly encourage people who also have insomnia to give it a go...you never know - you might get the same results as me...I sincerely hope so. xxxxxx

I buy it for my mother in law and she use it since she received it. Great changing color, no leaking, easy to use and to clean. The glass is beautyfull and with the light its really relaxing. She use it in her bedroom, sometimes in the bathroom and its really good looking. Very satisfy with it, i recommend it.

This is a very nice diffuser with pleasing infinity effect lighting. The vapour plume goes high, allowing good fragrance dispersal. For best effect, choose a location with low light, away from bright windows due to high reflection on the mirror surface required for the infinity effect (see photos)

The humidifier is awesome. It is well made and the glass dome is elegant. The led lighting is subtle and soothing and the operation is almost silent. Based on the excellent reviews, I had intended to order 2 or 3 of these for various rooms around the house. However, as a matter of caution I ordered 1 in order to satisfy myself regarding the quality. My suspicions were aroused when I unpacked it yesterday as there were no instructions or other paper work, just the humidifier in its box. However, I did managed to google the instructions. Unfortunately, the unit is faulty as it cuts out after a few minutes of use. I will return it and request a replacement in the hope that I will receive an operational replacement. If I do I will order 2 more and amend my review accordingly. UPDATE - 24 hours later:- Hello. First of all, thank you for your super quick response to my feedback. As you are aware, the humidifier arrived without instructions and as a consequence I obtained instructions via Google. It is important to stress that these instructions were NOT obtained via your website. I requested that the unit be returned via Amazon as it was cutting out early into its operation. Having packaged the unit ready for despatch I decided to wait 48 hours and ordered a second unit in the hope that it would arrive with comprehensive instructions, there be allowing me to rectify the problem with the 1st unit. The 2nd unit arrived yesterday and having read the instructions it immediately became apparent that the instructions available via Google were not accurate. In that, your supplied instructions are:- Press once to turn on continuous spray to auto off. Press again to set up 3hr, 2hr, 1h, 0.5hr. However, the online instructions were completely reversed:- Press once to set timer to 0.5hr, press 2-4 times to advance to 1hr,2hr, 3hr then off. As a consequence, having unpacked the initial unit, set it up, and pressed the timer 3 times in order to activate for 3hours. Consequently the unit turned off after 0.5 hours. I now know that the unit was NOT faulty but performing as per your instructions. Consequently, I will be keeping both the units. To conclude, I am absolutely delighted with the humidifier in every way. I will however, operate the units for a further week to ensure that all is well. I will then submit an appropriate review on Amazon which will reflect my delight with the quality, effect, operation together with your superb response to my dilemma. If all goes well I may order a third unit for my home. In addition, I now know in advance what I will be buying for my 2 daughters birthday gifts.
