Really handy and lightweight. Comfortable and reliable.

Nothing to dislike, sound quality is good and the noise cancelling is great. Volume control works fine although I do use the PC volume to adjust.

I ordered this item, and when I received it and tested it, I noticed that the microphone would not work. I have carried out several tests. The microphone does not work. I am in Africa, far from the UK, so I cannot return the product. But the product is of no use to me if the microphone does not work.

Useless, both sets binned within a few weeks - wire came away from one set, cracking on calls on the other. Very poor quality.

Speaker and Microphone both work pretty good. Sound is clear. No noise.

The only way to have sound come out of both ears is to ensure that the headphone jack is not fully inserted into the extender/remote; however the microphone will not work unless the jack is fully inserted into the extender. Very frustrating and disappointing. Would not recommend.
