Solid feel, works great. Should last.

Very sturdy all-metal design. I expect it to last for years longer than the one that came with the filter itself. Seems I'm getting greater water pressure. Well worth the money, and was easy to install. I didn't need to use the Teflon tape that came with it.

I used a lighter to heat up the tubing to fit over the connection, I cut out the old one with a knife. No leak and work perfectly, I have a good water flow from the filter now. The old one was wasting 50 % of the water flow, I am so pleased with this diverter!

This part of our water filter broke a while back and it would always end up making a mess. Water was getting sprayed on us and there was always water dripping from it even when the faucet was off. After finding and buying this for my household, it was pretty easy to install and works amazing! No mess and the dial makes it easy to switch between regular faucet and filter easily. It's cheap and helps us save water! Great buy, absolutely worth the price.

The one that came with my water filter started leaking. I bought this one as a replacement and it works just as it should, only time will tell how long it lasts, but seems pretty well made.

I have a counter top water filter. After three years the diverter valve that came with it failed due to age, mediocre material, and-or because it was supposed to due to planned obsolescence. I tried everything to restore it. No joy. There looks to be many mediocre parts out there. I went with this one for no real reason. It didn't come with any instructions or documents. Just the part. Not a huge deal - it's a simple contraption, but water leaks from above and below the ring (very most top piece). Some kind of background or diagram with installation suggestions might have been helpful. The next section down leaks, too, as well as the movable sprayer head I'm using instead of the part with the screen (aerator). Not all the leaks may be the manufacturer's fault though, like where it screws on to the faucet, but I don't really know. The old diverter wasn't leaking but who knows. I ended up using different rubber washers, plumbers teflon tape, and some guess work. A handy diagram showing different installation scenarios with basic trouble shooting and suggestions would have scored HUGE points due to its usefulness. It could be a good selling point too if people knew they had some work-arounds at their disposal. At the moment, after burning some time on this thing, I'm down to just one leak - up at the very top where it attaches to the faucet. I'll have another go at it later on after I look on line for some kind of handy diagram with basic troubleshooting and helpful tips.

Llego a tiempo la válvula, se ve de buen material, trae una cinta coflex extra lo cual es muy bueno, lo instale en 1 minuto, embono perfecto a mi grifo de cocina( si son las medidas que específica) de igual manera al purificador que tengo( pura pacifico sobre tarja), claro falta ver cuánto tiempo durará pero hasta ahorita excelente.

I bought this to replace a spring loaded pull-out type of diverter. Those are great at first, but they slowly fail over time as the spring loses its strength and the water slowly corrodes its interior workings away. I had ordered an exact replacement for that (which lasted me over 2 years) but it proved to be no match for my drunk mother (who broke it the first time she touched it, thanks mom) and within a week I needed another replacement. After some searching, I settled on this PureSec 2020. I was a bit leery after reading some of the reviews. Specifically people talking about poor quality and a super stiff lever. Neither of those claims describe the diverter I received, so I'm happy. It's only been a few days, but so far it's solid, and I'm hoping to get at least a year or two of use out of this. It fit my 1/4 inch tubing perfectly, and it wasn't a huge pain to get the tap to stop leaking. An unexpected bonus is that I seem to have quite a bit more water flowing out of my tap now. Low flow aerators might be "good for the environment" (or whatever nonsense selling point they're using) but it sucks not having water pressure in my kitchen sink. Also, I ordered this late Friday and received it Sunday morning. You just can't beat Amazon Prime shipping!

Exactly as described, comes with needed extras not advertised like teflon tape, etc. Great value, over delivered!
