No problems what so ever. We love having this and not using 4-5 plastic bottles of water every day. Looks and runs great.

This machine works very well. I was very happy with the quality of the machine. I like that it does hot cold and room temperature water and comes with the option to use a 3 gallon or 5 gallon bottle. The trace snaps out for easy cleaning and it also tells you when the bottle is out of water. It’s very quiet when cooling off the water reservoir and hot water is a good temperature for tea. I do wish that it would’ve come with some kind of holder for water cups, but other than that great item.

Product looks nice but is built VERY cheaply. The Cooler only sucks water up when it wants to. It stopped being able to upload water from the new 5-gallon water container. It just makes noise but does nothing. THE PUMP has very little power, and in my opinion, it is the weak point. Big letdown.......

I bought this for my brother and sister n love. They live in their RV and go to the creek to get water. I also bought them 5 gal jugs to go with it. It was easy for them to set up, fits perfectly and don’t take up a lot of space , the color match’s their RV. It looks nice and all functions work . It holds 5 gal. Jugs inside or you can put 3 gal jugs. It works great .

Love the all white color. The dispensing buttons are on the top which makes it much easier to fill your glass & donot have to bend over as you can place your mug/glass in the shelf. Please note your glass has to be placed under the button selection on the shelf there are 3 settings : hot, room temperature, cold.

My friend got one of these water coolers for her Day Spa. I immediately bought one. It comes just as shown-the only thing you have to hook up is the bottle of water. We use the 5 gallon bottles. There are 3 buttons on the top to get: Hot water, room temperature water and cold water. Hot is nice and hot and the cold is like getting it out of the refrigerator. Great feature on the top (those that have kids) is that to get your hot water, not only do you have push down the button but also push the red “button” on it to the side. Easy to do and childproof…but kids can figure things out faster that we can 😂 We have terrible tap water…it’s so bad that we get bagged ice for our freezer. Do this water cooler is fantastic! It looks wonderful in my kitchen too.

The water flow is nice and it's easy to use, however, for the money I spent on this, it's not worth it. The middle button for the room temperature water doesn't even work. I paid all this money for a water cooler option to not work? The quality could be better and the weight of it is super heavy for a smaller woman like myself. Everyone talked about the noise level, but I don't think it's too bad. Sometimes it seems loud and then other times it's quieter. Honestly, this product I would just not recommend.

I know this may sound dramatic but this product has been life-changing! We live in an area where tapwater is definitely drinkable but not the best tasting. As a scientist I abhor individually bottled water And refuse to drink it. That leaves me with filling gallon jugs and making multiple trips to the water stations. I use a 5 gallon container with this machine and I cannot express how much of a positive impact this product has made on my life so far. I also do not have an ice machine and normally have to make cubed ice in my freezer. Having ice cold water on demand at the touch of a button for such a low price is incredible. I got this machine from Amazon for such an outstanding price. No local establishment could even come close to the price I got this at. Obtaining this one product from Amazon made my entire prime membership completely worth it. The hot and cold water features work just as they should and work instantly. Small footprint in my small apartment. Takes up a little to no space. Child lock features on hot water dispenser (well I have no children at this time I do appreciate that). The *ONLY* thing that I wish was available to me was the energy consumption information (an energy guide from the FTC). It is an energy star certified appliance but I am having a challenging time determining how much energy this product actually consumes. Maybe I am just ignorant in the specifics needed to calculate this. I really would want to know even if only a ballpark figure.

It's exactly what we wanted even better. My only complaint is it took longer to get here than I expected. I could have ordered a similar one from Canadian tire and picked it up two days later with the shutdown. This took way too long.

Received the new Igloo water cooler. Was extremely impressed with the 3 temperatures. The hot water is very hot and the cold water is very cold and I'm very impressed with that. Extremely happy with my purchase. Highly recommended
