First pass on the sensor cleaned the dust but left a residue on the swabs final point of contact (the edge in my case), using a 2nd and 3rd swab seemed to make it worse. Also half the width of aps-c swabs.

Followed instructions, wipe one way then the other way. Just as others have said, It dries leaving smears and streaks on the sensor, just like opache glass. After using 2, I threw the rest away.

Thought I'd give these a try. For a start, they are not 17mm wide, more like 14mm, and I had to make 2 passes to cover the sensor (Alpha 6400 mirrorless). And yes, as others have commented, it leaves a visible residue on the surface. I had to use a 'regular' type swab to dry it off. I suppose these could be useful if you have some stubborn specks to get rid of, but not for normal use.

The swab is very wet and leaves streaks on the sensor which show up at smaller apertures. Would not buy again.

This product is no good because the fluid that came on the cleaning stick leave residue which can make the sensor dirty, while it did remove the dust, having residue on the sensor is worse. As a final note the fluid has a strong smell to it kinda like alcohol.
