The built in lcd clock is a killer feature. I haven't found another stethoscope with one. It's silent so you don't hear ticking. I can hear much better with it than my old Littman, costs less too

Good quality stethescope. I can hear through it even with noisy background. Good weight but not too heavy.

The watch did not work. However, MDF stood behind their lifetime warranty, and sent 2(!) replacements and fresh batteries. The watch is still disappointing cheap quality. The stethoscope works fine, if you can live with having only an adult diaphragm head — probably, if you’re just doing blood pressures and rudimentary auscultation of lung and heart sounds. Quality is OK, but overall, I would recommend saving money and purchasing a conventional stethoscope instead. The watch just isn’t worth it. MDF makes good value instruments, but this isn’t one of them. That said, their warranty service is excellent.

I love this stethoscope. I've owned a littmans as well, and felt that this may be a quality alternative. I actually like it a bit more as far as sound goes, and the pulse timer is a great benefit. I hate having to wear a watch because of germs, and this eliminates the need. I'm getting a watch and great quality stethoscope for a great price. The all black is a sharp look as well.

Works great, clock is good idea, diaphragm is heavier than ear side so falls to one side a lot on neck.

I was skeptical when I was purchasing because it seemed to good to be true for the price. But surprisingly, it works just as good as a Littmans. Many of my fellow students purchased one after asking me where I found mine and they love theirs. I’m great product!

I've never used a littman, but let me tell you, I love the convienence of the clock on the bell and I love the quality especially for the price. The sound isn't the best, but it's better than most! It's not too heavy, but it's a good buy for a new CNA.

Light weight, sounds are amazing, love the clock feature. Great value for your money.

Surprisingly good quality. I have been a Littman fan for years and bought this as a cheaper thing as I tend to lose them! In fact there is no perceptible difference in quality to the Littman. This particular model has an LCD clock: good idea in theory but the face is too small and dark to be of any use, and you have to look directly at it to see it. This might give the patient the false impression that you are staring at their chest! (I use it on dogs and cats so they don't complain about such delicate matters but human patients ...)
