1st time user
Bought this for a starter, product felt refurbished, lot of black dust on it. Had to wash in sink properly before I put in fish tank, then had this black goo dispersing from unit into the water once plugged in. So far it is quiet and flowing okay.

Worked for about 2 weeks. Was very good whilst it worked but completely died after 2 weeks

Rubbish low watt 5.5 not powerful
Bought one week ago and it’s broken straight away ! The turtle water is horrible after 2 days it’s normally lasts 2 weeks . Thanks stinks and is foggy ! Do not buy
