Good gear.
Replacing the same derailleur. The previous one lasted 3+ years of good fun mountain biking. And then I slammed hard into a rock...I don't think the most expensive gear would have fared much better. I have quite a bit of this XT gear on my bike and have always been happy with it. Easy install, easy setup and I'm back on the mountain trails. I would recommend this gear and will buy again.

Nice Clean Shifts
My bike came with an 11 speed SLX derailleur and after a couple years of service it lost a fight with a rock and needed to be retired. I was going to just grab another SLX but couldn't find any in stock so I spent a few extra bucks for the XT. I also ordered a new derailleur hangar from my bike manufacturer so that everything would be as straight as possible again. Installation was straightforward. A few adjustments with the limit screws and the b-screw so that it would clear my 46 tooth cog (e*thirteen TRS 9-46 cassette) and all was well. Shifts are clean and precise and no dropped chains or anything yet. Not sure if I would recommend it over the SLX unless you really want to be able to adjust the clutch on the fly, but still it's not much more expensive so why not just go with it?

Works great. I replaced my XTR with this XT to save some money when the old one wore out. Works just like the old one.

not the latest, but i didnt want more gears anyway so for what i need it came in at a value price. xt is as good as it gets for me. xtr is way more money and the weight is small difference. you will need the bar mount shifter (careful as there are two types, ones that mount to shimano brakes , and one that dont and ofcouse xt 11 sp cassette that match for best performance, if you need to save money go for the SLX 11 speeds cassette, as it is a great replacement

Old merchandise and terrible customer service
I contacted the seller and received no response. This is an antiquated derailleurs that doesn’t fit modern 11-speeds. They don’t respond and are selling old merchandise with bad descriptions. Don’t buy from them!

Per togliere ogni dubbio da quanti hanno chiesto se il cambio sia a gabbia media o lunga, confermo che il prodotto è a gabbia MEDIA (GS). È chiaramente impresso sulla parte interna della gabbia stessa (di cui allego foto). Preso ad un prezzo molto conveniente su Amazon rispetto ai negozi di e-commerce di prodotti per bicicletta. Venendo da un XT ero passato ad un SLX. La differenza tra le due tipologie è evidente. Probabilmente XT è il migliore compromesso tra qualità e prezzo. Poco sotto XTR solo per il peso ma la funzionalità è allo stesso livello. Dopo l'utilizzo del cambio Shimano xt aggiorno la mia recensione... Il funzionamento del cambio è eccezionale, rapido e preciso anche sotto sforzo. Esteticamente è molto bello da vedere. Consiglio la gabbia media su accoppiamento a monocorona anche per il fatto che con la gabbia più corta si possono evitare eventuali impatti su rocce e radici che potrebbero danneggiare irrimediabilmente il cambio.

Il s'agit bien d'un dérailleur Schimano, la qualité est bien présente et on sais généralement ce qu'on achète. J'utilise ce modèle pour du All Montaine depuis pas mal d'années et honnêtement ça répond au besoin. Bas besoin de plus, on est sur un produit efficace !
