Great value, stylish, in good shape after 3 years in rough conditions
I gave this knife to my father as part of a larger gift of kitchen utensils. He is not at all kind to his knives (using them for non-food purposes, leaving them in the sink, rarely sharpening them, banging them up on other metal etc) and a broken or unusable knife isn't an unusual thing in his drawer. This knife has held up to all of that for three years and still looks good and cuts well. This is also a fantastic value (great quality, one piece steel with a good wooden handle for $25!)

Great knife!!!
Nicely made. Beautiful handle. Very sharp blade that cuts through things like citrus fruit like it was butter. Replacement for a similar knife that lasted through > 35 years of daily use and washing. I expect the same or better from this new knife. Quickly shipped. Well packed. Highly recommend. PS: Very pretty to look at.

Great knife.
Have had this knife for over a month now and it is used almost daily and has kept it's sharp edge. I love the wood handle. I bought this to replace a chef's knife just like it and I am glad I paid more for the wood handle. I find that some other types of handles gets a bit slippery if your hands are wet. It balances nicely in the hand - I have small hands and my husband has normal men's hands. It was also important to me to have that little stop between the blade and handle since I've had some rather nasty cuts with my hand slipping down. Anyway, you can buy it with confidence. I suppose if you are a world-class chef you would not think it's great but hey, it's great for the rest of us! Pat

Just what I wanted
I do a lot of cooking, needed something longer than my 8” knife. This one is light, and suits my hand really well. I like the wooden handle. It arrived very sharp. The chef knife and a paring knife can take care of almost anything I do in the kitchen. Very reasonable price, might get another for my niece.

Great for money!
Love this little knife. Great for simple around the kitchen tasks. Very sharp and stays sharp with a hone. I wouldn't put it in dishwasher (like any decent knife)

After using this knife for almost one year, I can confidently say that it is by far the best one I have ever owned. I have previously used Zwilling and Masuta knives, but this one stands out in every aspect. It is incredibly versatile and handles everything from meat cutting to fine chopping with ease. The blade holds its edge exceptionally well and requires only minimal sharpening, even with regular use. Overall, it has become my go-to knife in the kitchen and I highly recommend it to anyone looking for quality, durability, and performance at a very reasonable price.

I’ve cut myself like 3 times preparing food. I suppose that says more about my skills than it does the knife but the knife works well!

Above average home use knife with many good characteristics of premium knives without the cost. I bought this exact model of knife after seeing it in use at a local culinary school. I figured if it’s good enough for school use, it’s good enough for me. I think the school uses this knife because it cost effective but holds a good edge. I’m by no means professional but it’s sharpens to a very sharp edge easily and maintains it for a good while. It’s lighter than other knives I’ve used and the rosewood handle is chunkier and bigger in the hand. I find holding it with such a big handle that it’s easier to grip and get a good hold of the knife. It’s not slippery and I don’t feel like it’s trying to be fancy with a custom or “unique” handle style. It’s a working knife that gets the job done.
