A wonderful high-quality mattress! Having recently bought a new king size bed with sprung slats I needed a good strong mattress, but one that was also comfortable. I went by all the good reviews and ordered this (it was the best one I looked at). It arrived today - a day earlier than scheduled - and is on the bed and great! The delivery-guy was very pleasant and chirpy - I do wish I had asked if he could have taken it upstairs for me though as we really struggled. The delivery-guy had brought it to my door on his shoulder!! I cannot wait to get in to bed tonight - but have already laid on it ;) This was a bargain price! The morning after - Seriously the best nights sleep I have had in years. I laid there reading my book for 30 minutes or so before drifting off, and it really felt like I was floating. This is a firm mattress, but extremely comfortable and so supportive. My whole body was equally supported and it really felt like I was floating. I never expected this with a firm mattress. There were no points of my body that felt unsupported - incredible! I am so glad I did my research and went for this mattress - it does pay to read up! For the first time in years I have woken up without any aches and pains. My husband is going to be so happy when he gets back from his business trip and climbs in to this. He suffers with his back. I cannot believe the price of this mattress - buy one, you won't be disappointed!

A dream come true! As a solution for my bad back. A great investment in my health! As a double bed orthopaedic mattress; it not only meets my need when my back starts hurting; but it provides a much needed extra bedding for my family members and their partners who storm my residence for the summer holidays to enjoy the London sunshine! Great value for money! Great quality! Great affordability! It took a lot of financial courage to splash out on a quality double bed orthopaedic mattress during these cost of living crisis times. I would advise anyone with a bad back to take the plunge and buy it! It is wòrth every penny spent on it. A satisfied customer!

I was looking specifically for a firm and supportive mattress, and this definitely delivers. It’s very comfortable, especially if you prefer a firm or even extra firm feel—unlike many others that claim to be firm but still feel a bit soft. Great value for the price as well. The only downside was delivery. I ordered 3 items (1 King and 2 Doubles), and they arrived separately with delays, which was a bit inconvenient. But overall, really happy with the product itself.

Best nights sleep for a long time. Excellent back support. Im a heavy person 25st. And for once this is a mattress I don't sink into. It's firm but has a little bounce. Also it is delivered flat in a bag, meaning it can be laid strait on your bed, plus its a "no flip" mattress meaning that I only have to spin top to toe once a month, Amazing mattress, good value for money. 11/10 5☆☆☆☆☆

My mattress got totally deformed after 16 months. I was about to have surgery in 45 days so I contacted them using their website. They never answered after I filled out a form. I tried a second time, but still no answer. I decided to chat with them, and they sent me an email to fill out. After 25 days from my email and 43 days after my first contact and 2 days before my surgery they replied, saying they couldn't see the problem in the picture sent and asking to schedule a visit from someone to do an evaluation. At this point, I had sorted out my problem because after almost 30 days since my first contact with their support, I contacted Amazon customer service, explained everything, and they gave me a credit to replace it. I waited for the chosen mattress to arrive, and they collected the defective one and also confirmed the problem. So, imagine waiting for Silentnight and their "5 years" warranty when I needed it due to the surgery! I should have slept on the floor probably.

Good mattress. On firm side but it works for me that's why I chose it.

Had this for a year now so think we can comment from a longer term perspective. At first it was ok, nice and firm and provided good support. After a year it's not so firm and has formed slight hollows where we lie. (We weigh 80 and 60kg respectively, so not putting the mattress under stress). We have turned it around several times but this has made little difference. Another issue is when your partner moves this transfers through the springs and you can end up bouncing around too. This is really annoys us and you can end up waking your partner. We bought it due to the number of great reviews. Had we left our review after a month or two it would have been a better one. Instead we are looking to replace it already. Our advice, save up and buy the best you can afford.
