Too large for me to swallow, but I do have a small mouth and throat
I am very confident in the quality because of Solgar’s longtime excellent reputation. There is no odor or flavor at all. Did not upset my stomach at all. The pills are too gigantic for me to swallow, though, so I am trying to find a much smaller version by Solgar. I have a small mouth and throat.

Tablets are sometimes difficult to swallow
The size of the pills are okay, about average for Calcium. The tablets are not coated and the edges are slightly rough. Not very comfortable when they get stuck in the throat which has now happened too many times. I'm now looking for a capsule form to replace this.

Good calcium
Because I can’t have dairy, I was looking for a good calcium that doesn’t have dairy that I can take. The pills are a bit big although, I don’t have trouble getting them down. They seem to work fine and I intended on ordering more when I run out of these.

Good Quality, and Don't Forget the D Vitamin
Without trying to get into the argument if food supplements work - or not -, at least the agreement among those who think they do work is that Calcium is best when taken with vitamin D is mostly universal, as it scientifically proven that vitamin D helps the calcium to be assimilated by the body. What "number" of is best, that's another matter, but this product has some D on it so it should be better. again, based on the knowledge we have today and the opinion of the majority, which as we know, can change in a heartbeat As per Solgar, I've been a client of this brand for a while and have no complains, they seem to be made of good ingredients, are easy to swalow and the price is right
