Soft but too hot
I found this product to be incredibly soft and cuddly however I'm not sure if it's the rubber or the fabric isn't thick enough but after it's filled I need to leave it to cool for like 10/20 minutes before I can touch it comfortably. I am hypersensitive so this could just be a me thing.

Please check the dates on the hot water bottles you receive which is on the neck of the bottle. I received my hot water bottle today and checked and it was out of date April 2022. Sorry, please ignore this, this is the date it was made!!! MY MISTAKE This is a great hot water bottle, very soft, gorgeous colour and would definitely recommend. I’m sorry I thought that was a sell by symbol but it’s not, it’s the date it was made, my apologies

Arrived with a hole in the cover, but was sent a replacement
Sadly mine has arrived with a hole in the seam. Bottle seems to work fine, tried once so far, no leaks. Cover is nice and soft, but going to contact the seller to ask for a replacement cover. Might expect it to go after a year or use, but not arrive like this! UPDATE: Pleased to say after contacting the seller they apologised and sent out a replacement that is in perfect condition. Thank you!

Beautifully soft, wish it was shut over the lid
This is a beautifully soft velvet green hot water bottle. I love that it didn't have a weird chemical smell, that's happened before when I've bought some. Colour is lovely. The only thing that makes me nervous about it is that there's no cover on top of the lid which makes me a bit nervous. It's not worth taking a star off but just something to highlight in case you prefer the ones where you can't easily unscrew the top and it's tucked away
