I take this after a meal. And it works so nicely. No bloating, digestion goes 100 percent. I used to poop two or three times a day..now I just poop one time.

Taking it for the last 15 days or so. But more than one pill a day makes one really constipated. Digestion wise it is a boon. Especially after a heavy meal. Helps a lot with stomach fullness bloating and gas.

This is it! This is exactly what I've needed. Before these pills I would consistently have digestive issues post a relatively high carb and dairy meal. Not any more. I take one pill during dinner and sometimes during lunch as well and feel great. Highly recommend!!
