CHEFMADE Mousse Ring Mold, 8-Inch Round Non-Stick Seamless 18/8 Stainless Steel Food Molding

This is a very well made ring mold. Truly no seam. The interior is not polished, but it is smooth with no gouges. The metal is heavy gauge, so no danger of deforming with use. Also ships in a double box system, which helped to prevent shipping damage. Amazon now uses plastic bags to ship things, so minimal protection. The box of the product had a big dent in the corner, so it was good that the manufacturer puts it in a double box.

A round 6 x 3" (15 x 8 cm) is hard to come by. Recipes and equipment shown on YouTube are very difficult to find and buy in America. I spent hours searching for specific sizes of molds and came across this quite by accident and immediately grabbed it on Amazon. This is a beautiful and solid piece of equipment and more so impeccably packaged. It's heavy, and I don't have to worry about it being out of shape. $19.99 was well worth the price to spend to add to my baking equipment. I'm more than happy with my purchase. * * * This product review is for the 8" ring that I just bought: Chefmade Cake Rings are gorgeous. A great heavy and seamless stainless steel piece of equipment to have. Marketing is great in packaging in its beautiful and sturdy box. On a side note, at one time Chefmade had a 7" cake ring, but alas, inquiries led to a discontinued item. I hope Chefmade reads my review as it would behoove them to re-establish the product as it would be a very beneficial item to add to one's bakeware in size for entrements, mousse, and cakes. I recommend this product over all the others in buying.

This is the one you want. Holds its shape - won't bend even you try. No edge seam. Perfect.

I love this exceptionally high quality mold. As soon as I took it out of the box I knew it was a great product. I love that it is seamless and non-stick stainless steel and also has a nice solid weight. So far I have used it to mold veggie burgers and make elegant individual “layered” salads but plan to use it for other purposes as well. It would be perfect for anything that requires this shape. Highly recommend!

Exactly what you want from a cutter. Heavy weight material that wont flex or distort. High quality professional quality. Highly recommend!

I actually purchased this to cut out pastry for making tarts. It’s the perfect size. There is no seam and the quality of the stainless steel is phenomenal. I highly recommend this mold.

All I can say is wow! Amazing quality, precision made. Decent gauge stainless steel (thicker than cheaper moulds), no seam, polished and smooth. About as good a mould of this type as you can possibly hope to buy. Expensive, but I don't regret the price at all, given how good the quality of this ring mould is.
