Slimming System (Size 3)

Liked how well it was pkged and it's to slim stomache

I'm a big guy weight 295 lb, waist 53.5". I saw the infomercial and decided to give it a try. I chose option number 2 - no change to the lifestyle. I already eat pretty healthy but extra weight just wouldn't come off. First warning bell sounded in my head when I was reading a booklet that comes with it: in the infomercial they say that in option 3 (exercise) you lose 4 times as much weight as with exercise alone and booklet said only double. That didn't stop me from giving it a try. For almost 3 weeks twice a day I kept following all directions. I found it easier to do the exercise to the video - it helps you time it just right. Measured after a week - no result. After 2 weeks - not even half an inch. By the end of the third week I found myself so frustrated that decided to just give up on it. I tightened the diet a little more and dropped 5 pounds in the following week. It seems like every little something helps me to start losing weight with exception of this "miracle slimming system".

The cream and system works .. great ... but replacement cream is expensive ... and the belt is very difficult to put on .. strains hands and arms .. and when in place ... I was unable to sit down without it rolling up on my back ...and put pressure on my spinal column.... so had to be removed ... don't know why they don't have a velcro closure belt .. for adjustability and ease of fit ..

I have been using this product for roughly two weeks straight. I am a woman starting out at a size 24 and today I pulled on a size 20. When I first bought the system, I tried it on a "hit or miss" basis. That didn't work. I have found that if you are not consistent and religious about its use, it will not work. It does work much better if you add some exercise. I added some walking with light arm weights during the day. The reason I added exercise: Common sense, the fat was simply moving from my stomach to other spots north and south. I quickly realized that I needed to work those areas as well to keep the fat from "settling" back on the belly or ending up on my thighs. The first thing I noticed was a change in my skin and the fat layer directly underneath. We all know how the skin looks when there is a large deposit of fat underneath and my skin began to show a slight smoothing. I then began noticing an overall shrinkage of the belly. The tummy-tuck belt is not the most expensive on the market and might be a good fit or it might not work for you. Bodies are different, but I treated this as though it would work and kept analyzing my usage for ways that would improve. My ultimate goal is to lose the belly without needing a tremendous amount of surgery to "zip up". I was also very honest about my size and purchased the largest belt. You may want to call the company to figure out what size you would need. I have not had the rolling problem others have complained about. The only reason I would not give five stars would be my assertion that the belt requires you to use some exercise or cut calories to see any real progress. I hope this helps.

If you are not looking for rapid results, the product is okay!

I've been using this tummy tuck system for a couple of weeks now. I use the method of doing crunches instead of standing and pulling in my stomach. That means, I'm doing 180 ab crunches per day. So far, I've not seen much of a difference in my waistline except when I'm wearing the belt. The one thing this has done for me is made me very aware of what I eat, when I eat and how much I eat. Even though the advertisement for this product states that you don't have to change your dietary habits--you do. You can't continue to eat huge amounts or high calorie foods and hope to see chiseled abs. Even the pamphlets that came with the product suggest a change in diet after the commercial tells you that it isn't necessary. I'm afraid that it may be months before I notice any change and I'll have to incorporate high intensity cardio workouts as well. Sorry, I can't recommend this product.

It says its a 2XL in men's, but it fits so small I cant even put it on. Every time I try, I feel like someone is crushing my heart. Worst money I ever spent, cant even tell you if it works. Fits so small, I don't even know if it works.
