While the Vital Planet fiber supplement is relatively expensive, it is an excellent way to boost your fiber consumption. I have tried the psyllium husk supplements and those were hard on my stomach. The Vital Planet fiber supplement is easy on my stomach and seems to do the job in helping regular bowel movements.

I take this daily..works great to keep you regular..doesn't taste bad../no taste really.....I add 2 scoops as directed to half a glass of water and fill the rest of my glass with juice..its a very good fiber supplement...kinda pricey..but a good way to get more fiber.. I'm happy with this product.

Hey everyone , Vital Fiber has officially earned a VIP spot in my daily routine. Imagine if your digestive system threw a little party every morning — that’s what this feels like. Smooth, easy to mix, and no weird aftertaste (thank goodness). Within a few days, I noticed less bloating and way better consistency (let’s just say… predictable is good here 😅). IMPORTANT: Take in the morning on empty stomach for best results with warm water! Love your tummy :)

I am so impressed with the Vital Planet products.. The Vital Fiber is just what I need daily to maintain a healthy colon. The price point is a bit higher than I usually pay, but for me it has the right ingredients to keep my colon moving along.

Servings per container (10) is not enough to test if a supplement really works, in my opinion. However, in the short time I tried this, it did nothing for me in regards to regularity. I tried it in the AM and PM, with and without food, none of the times did it help me "go".

I want to love this fiber, and I want to be able to take it; however, I cannot because it contains fennel. Which I didn't see before purchasing it. It is listed on an image for the product; however, the text is tiny and hard to read, and you have to zoom in to see it. I have had blood sugar issues in the past with fennel; it makes me have blood sugar crashes, as I am insulin-resistant and have PCOS, so I have to be careful with things and herbs that affect blood sugar. They almost always cause issues for me. I wish I had known before purchasing it that it contained fennel, because now I'm just stuck with this fiber, and I can't return it, and I can't use it. So I am writing this review as a warning to read the label carefully before purchasing, because there's more to this blend than it seems.
