What I was looking for, does what I needed

I purchased the Prestone AS272 Multi-Vehicle Automatic Transmission Fluid with Stop Leak for my 1996 Ford Explorer. Now I have to say that I didn't know Prestone offered Automatic Transmission Fluid in general. In fact, I was stunned to know that it's the same ATF that can be offered for Dextron III/Mercon units like my SUV and it has stop leak additives to assist on the issues I'm having. A week later, the Prestone ATF/Stop Leak still is holding and full to the stop. The transmission shifts smoothly with no grinding and smoking. I have to admit, I'm impressed and worth every Dollar spent for each quart I inserted into the SUV. Keep in mind this product is recommended/compatible for vehicles prior 2006 and older. But it is a multi vehicle fluid and will work for Cars, SUVs, Minivans,etc with Dextron III/Mercon I recommend this ATF/Stop Leak from Prestone for those that are having similar concerns. It worked for me, it could be to your benefit as well.

It's transmission fluid what can I say. We bought it for a car that leaked transmission fluid like a sieve. So it stayed in the car for about as long as you could pour it into the car. I assume is great transmission fluid so it worked as it should have because it lubricated the transmission the transmission went until it leaks out and then it didn't go.
