I love this melatonin! The package says to take it an hour before bedtime, but when I dissolved it under my tongue rather than using any water, I found I could go to sleep in about 30 minutes.

This melatonin has a great berry flavor and you take it at bedtime by placing it on your tongue as it dissolves. It really helps with getting a nice sleep.
