Excellent quality
Great tool. Easy to use. I prefer this punch down tool over the ones that uses specific keystones. This one can work with oretty much any keystone.

Best money I’ve spent for network equipment
I had to come and leave a review— like the cheap person I am, I tried to go with the other brands that were 1/2 the price.. I’m not a network engineer, I just wanted to add the keystone jacks onto the wires that were pre-installed on our house. So I bought the cheap brands because I’ll use this type of tool maybe a few times over the course of its life. But after the cheap tools wouldn’t punch down all the way, or wouldn’t cut the cables. I finally said “I’ll buy the Klein” because they are known for making quality tools. And I can really see why spending the few extra dollars was worth it in this case. It was so much easier to use for a “non IT guy”. It allowed me to fix the errors made from the competitors tools. The value is night & day. The time you’ll save not having to punch every line 3 times is worth it. (And now I’m helping my neighbor do his house, and I’ve got 2 other people who have offered me money to do their house) so it’ll pay for itself. Best punchdown tool you can buy at this price point.

Comfortable and accurate
At time of writing I have used the tool for 110 connections in patch panels and at points-of-use. The tool is comfortable in the hand, makes good, reliable connections first time and accurately trims excess wire. The blade storage is a nice feature.

Works as expected
Works well. Klein always makes solid tools. Not much more to say about it. It does what it is meant to do and it does it reliably.
