You have to admire and respect owners that take a hands on approach, and Will is one of the best. Had received an out of date product from a third party vendor, and he personally contacted me and took care of the issue. The products themselves are fantastic!! I am currently using the Seville shaving soap and the consistency and fragrance are magnificent! It makes a superb lather. The Lavanille balm smells wonderful and it soothes and restores your face after shaving. I highly recommend!! I will continue to support this hand crafted artisan business.

Seville is one of my favorite shave soaps- love the scent so I thought I would give the aftershave balm a try. I thought the pump would be nice for a change but has trouble draining the bottle and stops working when 75% is exhausted- poor design and is the reason for 4 stars and not 5. Just a small amount has great coverage and the scent is stronger than most (according to my daughter) and goes a long way. I find it to be very soothing (wet shaver here) and I really like the lingering scent. My skin responds well and is soothed by the balm. Very good quality and good value. Please fix/change the pump!!!

Found several recommendations for this product on forums for people with sensitive skin. Unfortunately, this did cause a reaction on my face. I didn't mind the smell or texture, just wasn't for me. Worth giving it a shot, everyone is different. I also never threw it out, nor used it again.. probably something is wrong with me.

This after shave balm has good reviews for a reason. It has a pleasant scent, you don't need to use an excessive amount and, your face will feel great after applying and rubbing in well. I even use this balm after just washing my face to keep my skin moisturized. I will buy this again. The Barrister and Mann scent is a classic.

This is a nice shave balm. Its better than many products that can cost up to twice as much per ounce. I bought the unscented version and its truly unscented which is what I like. And a little bit goes a long way. I hope B&M continues to produce it.

Amazing product. I absolutely love the intense fragrance profile, and when combined with the Seville aftershave, the overall experience is simply out of the world for my personal scent preference. The fragrance is dominated by a strong bergamot note layered with additional citrus tones. It is vibrant, classic, and very distinctive. Beyond the scent, the balm itself is very comforting on the skin and leaves a pleasant lingering fragrance that lasts for quite some time. I do have two suggestions for the manufacturer. First, the aftershave cap is not particularly robust. Because of this, and possibly due to insufficient protective packing during transport, nearly half of my aftershave leaked out during shipping. That was disappointing for an otherwise premium product. Second, the balm bottle has an extremely small dispensing nozzle. I understand the intention behind this design, which is likely to control the quantity dispensed. However, the nozzle tends to clog occasionally as a result. That said, I managed to work around both issues. I transferred the remaining aftershave into a new dispenser purchased on Amazon, and I also transferred most of the balm into an older dispenser from another brand. A useful tip: immersing the bottle in warm water before transferring helps loosen the contents and allows most of the product to move easily. Despite these minor packaging concerns, the product itself is excellent. Would I recommend it? Absolutely... 100%.

Good aftershave balm. It goes on pretty thick but is absorbed quickly. The scent is very good, and stays awhile, which is unusual for a balm. This is based on their version of a barbershop scent, maybe more of a European barbershop. I like the pump bottle.
