Smead Adjustable Hanging File Folder Frames, 13” W x 9.25” H x 16”-24” L, White and Silver, Letter Size (64850)

I received this on 1/7/25. I followed the instructions that were in the box and this was easy to assemble. I put it together in less than 5 minutes. It's sturdy and doesn't wobble like some frames do. I would have liked for it to be cheaper, but overall I am very happy with the purchase.

One of the hardest things I've had to put together, but I like the sturdiness and the slide. Being a woman, I count ease of assembly high. But I don't regret the purchase.

I bought these to put in my new wood file cabinet which holds legal files. All of my hanging files are letter size so I purchase the letter frame which leaves some space on either side to store other things. I love that it's adjustable and was able to make it fit tightly from the front to back. It's pretty sturdy and holds my hanging files with no wobbling at all. I plan to purchase a couple more of these to fill up the remaining drawers.

This thing was so warped, I couldn't assemble it. I tried several times and the metal support piece just kept popping out of one side or the other. When it fell on my bare foot and cut me, I gave up and am sharing this with all of you. What a piece of garbage!

These file hangers fit right into my filing cabinet. They are very sturdy and easy to assemble.

Very easy to assemble. It fits well in your average filing cabinet drawer. Hopefully it will hold up better than the older type of frame. Will buy more!

Like that it fits in a $200 shelving unit with file drawer that came with no filing frame. I have it set up for letter size. I got 2 filing drawers worth in it plus some room left over. Only problem (see pic) is that the one side is bent in and being the frame is plastic, I was scared to try and bend it. It would have gotten a 5 if not for that. It adjusts just be sliding the white frame closer or further apart.

Very easy to assemble using the video posted with the item & the instructions with colored pictures included...only takes a couple of minutes. I'm usi.ng it in a antique desk drawer with missing flat metal inserts.
