It works like the original, I just installed it a couple of days ago, so far I haven't had any problems, later I will be updating if it continues working well, it looks of good quality

Cheap but poor quality
Unfortunately this part is not an exact replacement for OEM window regulator. After it was installed, window won't go down all the way on my 2016 QX70 (see picture). Too bad tha it's really expensive to re-install so I have to drive now with this defect.
