Black Guitar Control Knobs (1 Volume, 2 Tone, 1 Switch Tip) for Fender Strat Style Electric Guitars Fits USA (Imperial) Split Shaft Pots STKUS-BLK

I'm currently working on my second Strat build and I needed a cream switch tip. As it turned out it was less expensive to buy the tip and the knobs instead of just buying the tip somewhere else. It would have cost me more with shipping for just the tip if I purchased it elsewhere.

Ordered the red for a White Steinberger Spirit GT Pro. The knobs fit nicely but the switch cap opening isn't big enough to slide over the switch lever. I tried it on my Kramer Striker and it fit nicely on that switch. I have some other color knobs and caps coming from China. I ordered those in the past for my Ibanez Jem Jr. and they fit perfectly. So I have blue and orange coming in and since the red cap won't work, that narrows my color choice down to Orange or Sky Blue. Depending on which color I use for the volume and tone knobs. I'm mixing things up so it'll be a colorful looking guitar. It would have looked better if the Steinberger was black, but those are backordered and I didn't want to wait, so I got one in white. When I get the pickups (Green bridge and pink neck) and mounting rings (Violet for bridge and blue for neck) from DiMarzio, it'll look pretty sick. That green knob in the photo is temporary. I don't want any duplicate colors. So the knobs may be red/orange w blue cap, or red/blue with orange cap. Since the red cap won't fit, I can't do blue and orange knobs. Also, I never really use the middle pickup so it'd be a waste of $80 for a new one, so I got a yellow cover for the middle pickup.EDIT: The yellow cover wouldn't fit and DiMarzio's pickup mounting ring also wouldn't fit. So I ordered a purple ring and a yellow pickup ($23) from TNTGuitars.

The knobs for the pots go on easy and don't slip/fall off. The switch selector tip is a hard plastic, not a flexible rubber, so it was a little more difficult to slide onto the selector. I wound up taking the end of a screwdriver to tap the cover and wedge it on as best I could. It hasn't fallen off, but definitely doesn't fit like the other knobs. Still great value for how little I paid

Very easy to install and the yellow tone is perfect. I've seen a couple of other yellow knobs from other brands and the yellow is rather pale and sometimes even translucent which I didn't like.These fit perfectly on a split shaft or a one-piece shaft as long as they are 6mm.Put these on two similar style guitars, different brand and they feel and turn smoothly.Recommended.

I think the packaging cost more than the knobs. Lost the really nice cheap ones i got off amazon for a tiny fraction of what these cost. They look like the ones that sell for $1 But the packaging is big money and just to toss it!These cost as much or more than fender

Snagged these for my partscaster. They're the exact shade of "aged white" i was looking for. It's a pain in the ass trying to sort through "parchment, aged white, white, cream, vintage white, mint" because every brand has their own idea of what each shade of white these names are. I took some chances on other brands but alas, why waste the money on getting something with the wrong color when you can just get the right one the first time.
