COSCO 2-Step Big Step, Steel Step Stool, Gray

I’ve had this ladder a while now and I’m very pleased. I can reach my ceiling hooks easily now. It’s very sturdy but not too heavy to move around from room to room. Easy to use ie open and close. The steps are a good size to step on comfortably. Top shelves are no longer a problem to reach in my closets and pantry. I just love it!

I bought this step stool a few years ago for my toddler son to use when he helps me in the kitchen, and it has been such a great thing to have around the house! Super durable and sturdy, easy to use and move, and folds nicely against the wall so that it doesn’t take up a bunch of space. You have to make sure to push down on the top step until it clicks when setting it up so that it locks in place, but once you do it is very secure. We love and use this step stool all the time!

THIS PRODUCT is a perfect example of why I will no longer put much stock in 'Fakespot review ratings'! Not ANYMORE! As of this moment (October 20, 2019), Fakespot has the good reviews for this item rated as a failing "F"! HOWEVER - Despite Fakespot's failing grade - this is a very nice - quality stool!! In terms of functionality, sturdiness, ease of use, everything... it is the best folding step stool that I've ever owned (& as a 60 yr old 5' - 3" female - I've owned my fair share). I have NOT been paid for this review nor have I been approached by the seller, the manufacturer, or ANYONE... This is just an honest opinion from a fairly critical reviewer, who doesn't dole out 5-star ratings unless I truly feel a product deserves it. In saying this, I must add that as a long-time Amazon shopper, I am becoming increasingly frustrated with 'Fakespot' and no longer trust their unstable, every changing, review ratings! Please allow me to explain why... As an avid Amazon shopper - I not only read reviews but investigate a product (sometimes to a fault) before purchasing! In doing so, I try to confirm the authenticity of reviews with websites such as Fakespot, Reviewmanta, etc.. For a long while - I relied on Fakespot review ratings more than any other to base my purchases on... UNFORTUNATELY - I have learned that Fakespot is NOW ALL OVER THE PLACE with their review grades / ratings!! They literally change from day to day and I don't mean a little!!! In the recent past, I have witnessed their ratings going from an "A" rating at the time of my purchase - to an "F" by the time it was delivered to my door! Not once but several times! HOW can this be possible?!!! Although I admit that I still glance at their ratings, I certainly do not rely solely on their rating but rather take their ratings with a grain of salt while checking how the product reviews rate with other review rating websites!!! Take it from one who has learned the hard way... DO NOT BASE YOUR CHOICE TO PURCHASE this stool (or any item) solely on Fakespot's rating because if you do, you will miss out on some great QUALITY items!

Excellent indoor step stool ladder. Just make sure to give it that extra oomph when opening to lock it in place.

Good step stool. I have two. PRO: sturdy, not too heavy, folds up pretty thin for storing & very useful CON: one doesn't open as easily as the other. OVERALL: It's a good stool and I recommend it. It's better, steadier & lighter weight than others I have tried.

Use it daily in getting to shut blinds in place I now live. It works to reach the turn stick on the blinds as I cannot reach without this step stool. Very sturdy in getting up onto the top tier in the pantry or lower for the blinds. It makes a sound so when it clicks open u know it is safe to step on. The quality is very great in how it was made.

I love Costco products. I have their 8 ft. ladder which is perfect for safely reaching my gutters on my one story home, their 6 ft. ladder for using in the house for painting and high ceiling repairs and now this 3 step step Stool which will be used in the kit hen and on small jobs. I bought it to slide next to my new fridge, but it's too thick (3"), so it will also live in the garage, which is disappointing, but that's okay. The thick plastic steps don't fold completely flat and that adds to the thickness. I love the large wide textured steps. You feel very secure standing on them. The top bar has a black handle to hold onto while climbing which makes standing on the nice wide top step a lot safer. The legs have thick, wide plastic feet on them which makes this very sturdy. The aluminum was heavier than I thought it would be, this thing is STURDY. You can feel that the minute you lift it. It's easy to open and close too. To close it, just lift the back of the top step. You cannot go wrong with Costco products. They're made to last and made with safety in mind. Don't hesitate on this one if you're in the market for a 3 step step Stool! It's hard to beat this price too! Great product! 👍👍

Wonderful replacement for a perfectly good two-step ladder that has a low back. I no longer felt safe getting down from the top step on the two-step ladder because there was nothing close by to grab on to. This three-step ladder has a high back and I can stand on the second step and still reach the back bar. I was able to donate the smaller ladder to another family so others benefited from this purchase as well.

I'll admit, I got this for the pop of purple color, but the step stool itself is just what I needed - the right height to reach my tallest cupboards, super sturdy and non-slip.

We had a very narrow space to work with and this step stool fit perfectly. It’s super sturdy and I just love the colour.

Love this step ladder. It is very sturdy, the steps are wide and I love that the handle is also padded and helps hanging on as you climb. I’m 5’3” and I can reach the top of our 9ft ceilings in the kitchen. It folds nicely and doesn’t take much space when stored.

This is a very sturdy step stool. It has wide steps with rubber non-slip treads and I felt very secure using it. Because of Covid it took a long time to arrive, but I was kept in touch with this factor. It wasn't a problem for me and I'm happy that I have it now. Thanks!
