poorly sewn
I loved it until the stitching started ripping, they only give you one month to return it and by a month and a half the straps started ripping, and its not like I even put heavy stuff in it. Just a water bottle, a small gym towel and basketball shorts, imagine if someone used this for school the straps would have ripped in 2 weeks, maybe then I could have at least got my money back.
