Works as advertised.
It works as long as your setup is good and your area 8s conducive to using both tape measures.

Very poorly designed.
The components consist of basic thin wall aluminum extruded tubing with one serving as a threaded component using a single wall as the threaded attachment point (that isn't a proper connection). It needs a full thumb bolt extending through the entire tube with a proper nut locking the two components together properly at the end. It appears they couldn't source a longer thumb bolt and decided to wing it instead using the tubes wall as a threaded attachment. Very poor choice. It was at that point, step one, I decided not to assemble it. As that was enough warning to determine other corners were likely cut as well. And they were, the seating posts are only compatible with a few rim styles and not compatible with all rims. Therefore establishing an even seat amongst all the seating post was unlikely as they wouldn't seat with my rims as seen in photo. That would mean it isn't capable of providing a reliably proper parralell between its cross measuring bar and the rim of the wheel. That would result in bad measurement readings. Due to the flimsy nature of the components, they're prone to bending when used and again, not likely to provide reliable parallels for proper measurement readings. Simple idea and similar to methods I've used using basic bar stock steel in the past, but it's nothing you can seriously rely on. Doing a toe alignment with the wheel on is very convenient, that's a fact. That said. There are other choices out there for wheel mounted alignment frames. I've decided to be creative and toss a regular toe alignment kit on a pair that provides camber levels with them.
