8 Precision Scissors Great for Everyday Use (1448)

I bought these to use for my junk journal and they’re perfect for it. These scissors are a great value and quality, they’re very durable. I am able to get sharp lines easily without the scissors sticking. Good grip without it being uncomfortable and the color of the product is pleasant.

Very easy to use, durable and the grip helps you control the cutting. I used it for Christmas wrapping. As a former teacher, these scissors are worth the money and are durable. You can easily clean the blades as well.

Nice scissors, handy size. Precision is an accurate description. Better than Westcott in my opinion. Just coat the blades with dry silicone spray if you’re going to cut adhesive Velcro and the like. Oh, and remember not to run holding these. Even though Minnesota Mining and Manufacturing has irrevocably poisoned our planet, as in every drop of blood and water, they make great products, especially Super 33 and Super 88 electrical tape. At this rate, the dang tape will outlast us humans with our Teflon ingredient forever chemicals.

I picked these up for general household use, but I was surprised by how heavy-duty they actually feel. The Cutting Test: These are significantly sharper than standard budget scissors. I tested them on two difficult materials: Thick Cardboard: Sliced right through without needing excessive force. Yoga Mat: I needed to cut up an old yoga mat (dense foam/rubber), and these scissors glided through it effortlessly. Most scissors would "chew" or get stuck on this rubbery material, but the Scotch Precision blades handled it perfectly. Build Quality: The tension is spot on. There is zero "wobble" between the blades when you cut, which allows for very precise lines. The ergonomic handle shape fits my hand well and doesn't cause pressure points, even when cutting through thicker stuff. Verdict: If they can handle a yoga mat, they can handle anything in your office. It's worth the price especially when it's on sale. Highly recommended.
