I’m genuinely impressed with the Flexi Hose. From the moment I connected it, it was clear how well designed and user-friendly it is. The hose is extremely lightweight, which makes moving around the garden effortless, even when it’s fully expanded. The 15-metre length is perfect for reaching all areas of my garden without constantly repositioning the tap connection. One of the best features is how easy it is to operate with one hand. The spray gun is comfortable to hold, and switching between the different spray patterns is smooth and simple. The on/off valve is also very responsive, allowing me to control the water flow easily without needing to go back to the tap. I also appreciate that the hose truly doesn’t kink or tangle. It expands quickly when the water is turned on and shrinks back down for compact storage, which saves a lot of space and hassle. The brass fittings feel solid and well made, and I’ve experienced no leaks at all. Overall, this is a high-quality, reliable garden hose that makes watering and cleaning tasks much easier. Highly recommended!

We are very happy with the hose but have not used it yet. The fittings were OK for our tap and the hose is lightweight. I always end up leaving the rigid pipes on the floor as they are heavy to roll up. I am not sure it can be put into the neat coil in the photo but it was easy enough to loop and hang on the wall. Hopefully the sun will start shining soon.

The nozzel leaks from the face which is not good, appart from that this product is as advertised and contracts well when you empty the hose out.

Brilliant, it's black so unnoticeable, extends and shrinks back so efficiently. The nozzle head is varied and covers all options. What's not to like!

Unfortunately, I bought two of these. To be fair the price with discount suggests one should not have high expectations. It looks good, and the light alloy brass coloured end fittings look durable. The valve at the end remote from the tap works well, and stops water flow even against high water pressure. Instructions supplied indicate that one of the four supplied rubber washers should be fitted to the tap end before use. Initial inspection indicated that there was already a washer in place. However, on fitting and running up hand tight (as usual), water poured onto the ground. So, fitting another washer, I found that there remained little internal thread within the female fitting to attach to the tap. However by applying a "Mole" wrench I was able to achieve several more turns than I could by hand. Water leaks at the tap end stopped. The optional spray head supplied is easily fitted. However, the rotatable orifice selector face, by which the type of water discharge, e.g. spray, stream etc. leaks. Whereas, it is possible to tighten the centrally located fixing screw sufficiently to inhibit water leaks, this also prevents rotation. I have used expandable hoses for about 15 years or so. I have purchased really expensive ones and inexpensive ones and several in between. Overall, using such hoses up to three times per day, I get about 6 months to a year out them. Generally, the more expensive ones have a more durable ( abrasion resistant ) containment sleeve and more effective spray heads. However, I have found that all of them fail at or near the tap end where initial high pressure as the tap is opened seems to stretch the first foot or so of length more than further down the line. I don't know how this one will fare, but I am hoping to get at least 6 months use out it and the spare bought at the same time. Don't get me wrong, it is a well thought out package including spare washers, brass tap size adaptor and in line valve allowing use with or without a spray head. I am going to see whether any of the dozen or so spare spray heads that I already have left over from failed hoses is compatible with this hose.

Excellent hose for storage,perfect for ease of use by anyone of any age as it’s so light and the extra stretch allows you to reach so much more without effort.When works done it just coils itself back up.Brilliant.

I ordered this hose through recommendation online actually on youtube in 2019. I needed a longer hose pipe that could reach the end of our garden without being cumbersome or in the way when not in use. This item really met all my requirements, in fact exceeded them. The hose wrapped up neatly once empty and the nozzle head gave great pressure and adjustments according to needs too. It was kept outside but under shelter and only over winter the nozzle head gave out on me, it could have been the frost or me leaving it out that caused the head to malfunction a bit. But on the offchance i reached out to the sellers wondering if i coud get a head replacement or purchase, they were so helpful and receptive, with minimal bother they just sent a complete replacement of the whole product. A brand new box, i spoke yesterday and wasn't even expecting anything today but they had proceeded to process a full replacement within a day. Needless to say i was flabbergasted. This was by far the best customer service i have recieved in a very very long time. The product itself is of high quality and honestly feels like a little luxurious good in the garden, it's a treat to use. The company and all their staff were just so understanding and processed such a high level of care in response. For context, I have been dealing with very difficult returns processes and sellers of much poorer goods and service, that this level of service quite frankly blew me away. It is so refreshing and humbling to know that good customer care still exists in this day and age. Highly recommend both the flexihose itself, but also the company too. Wish all others could take a leaf out of the same book.

I was in the market for a new hose for cleaning off my condo balcony. I had used expandable hoses before and liked them. But, due to a bonehead move by me, I had to resort to on line videos to remove an old hose. You see, I we had purchased an expandable hose with an aluminum female connector. Aluminum and copper don't mix nicely. I should know that, we have a boat and know about galvanic reaction. Anyway, I left the hose connected for a couple of weeks and had to hacksaw it off. I did this when my husband was not around so he wouldn't know. BAHAHAHA! He ended up knowing and was impressed that I didn't ruin the copper threads on the hose. Anyway, we had a good laugh and this time I am not making the same mistake. Should I leave the hose attached, it will not matter as the new one has copper fittings. The hose seems sturdy and does not leak. I cannot comment on it's durability as I need to use it for awhile. January 7, 2025 update: We still have the hose and it is working beautifully. We use it 3-4 times a year so there's that.
