I have a older Gold Lab, named Kobe who is pushing 13 yrs old and he had been struggling with hip and back leg issues for over a year. Could only go for short walks, struggled to get up from a laying down position and couldn’t climb steps or stairs. I was so very doubtful last year when the X-rays showed how degenerated my Golden's ip joint were at age 8.5. He started walking crocked, snapping his back ankle. Basically was giving up on his walks. so last resort I tried this! 10 month later this dog will run at the park, jump on the couch and will gleefully follow me walking for a short mile at a time with zero discomfort. His gait has improved by 90%, with the Vetprofen from my vet and this supplement he will have some good years ahead. I really could NOT believe it. i never write reviews, but I did for this product. I’m glad I was able to receive this dog joint supplement at no cost in exchange for an unbiased product evaluation and review. I gifted this to my neighbor because his senior dog has been rather stiff in the back knees/hips and slow to get up from a lying position. Due to advanced age and prior surgeries, there’s going to some physical limitations no matter how great a supplement is, so it’s hard to judge how much better his dog might be feeling, because he can’t tell us if his joints feel better. I do think, based on the ingredients, he should be feeling some improvement. He is clearly crazy about the taste of these tablets (and my cats were literally trying to knock the bag out of my hand and steal the tablet from the countertop as I was taking the attached photo.) I was pleased to read that this supplement is safe for dogs on RX meds to take. The amount of broken tablets was disappointing, and a bit surprising, given that the bottle arrived completely sealed and with a large amount of cotton inside, which should have protected the contents better. Not sure what can be done to address this issue, though I am reminded of my grandfather who used to say that all the pieces of a broken cookie taste just as good as a whole one.

I really like this product because both of my dogs really enjoy getting their “vitamins”. We have a soon to be 16 year old Maltese who weighs a whopping 5.2 pounds, and a 2 1/2 year old Giant Schnauzer who weighs 110 pounds. I can easily break the tablet into tiny bits for the little guy and feed the whole tablets to the big one. I have been using this for a few years now and highly recommend it.

As these are for my dog, it’s kind of hard to tell how effective they are, but I’m pretty sure his joint issues are much improved with this supplement. It is pricey, but so is everything these days.

I guess I didn't pay attention to the # if chews. My dog is 100lbs so the dosage for her weight is 2-4 chews so therefore I will run in either 10 or 20 days not good. Unless this is a miracle chew I will need to buy these every 10 or 20 days. 30days each bottle would had been great. Thx
