I bought these for a gift, and the first batch arrived in a box with other items and were in perfect condition. I re-ordered them, and this time they arrived in a paper! envelope, not padded, and the topping were mostly in the bag, and pieces were broken. I talked with customer service, and asked for a replacement, and he made special note not to package them in paper. They arrived once again in a nonpadded paper envelope. Still in bad shape. But they are good pretzels.

Don’t waste your money. These pretzels are only about three inches across, and mine arrived broken and crumbling. These are not worth even one fourth of what I paid.

Husband loves them! Has thanked me repeatedly for gifting them to him. Will buy again!

I bought these chocolate-covered pretzels as a gift, but unfortunately they didn’t really live up to expectations. For the price, the quality and flavor just weren’t there. My dad tried them and didn’t really care for them, which was disappointing since they were meant to be a treat. They weren’t terrible, but they also weren’t anything special—especially considering the value. I wouldn’t purchase these again as a gift and would likely look for a better-quality option next time.

These were really good, they are expensive. If you want to treat yourself get some.
