ZWILLING J.A. Henckels 4-Stage Pull Through Knife Sharpener Stainless Steel

Bought this as I have some Zwillling knifes and a Damascus knife that needs a different angle for sharpening. This means I can sharpen all my knives and seems to be great so far. This is a sturdy piece of kit and stays still when you're using it. Would recommend for anyone not yet ready to move onto whetstones, sharpening rods etc

This has revolutionised my knives in the kitchen. Simple to use, very quick, and raises a sharp edge quickly, particularly on the Japanese knives. My old system was laborious and not wholly succesful, so I will be recommending it to my friends. Genuine purchase like!

I have had many knife sharpeners over the years and this is the best I have used and for much less money. Puts a really nice edge on the knife without a lot of effort. I also like that it has stones for conventional knives and Japanese knives. I liked it so much sent one to my son. Recommend.

Honestly, it's fantastic.

Just awful. Neither side works, yet to sharpen a knife. I've tried every method I can think of and watched tutorials I sharpened a knife using my whetstones, ran it through this a number of times and it came out blunt Useless contraption

Really effective sharpener. Works great on kitchen knives - my main chef's knife is now shaving sharp. Much easier to use than a whetstone. Only issue I found is if the handle is bulky on a pocket knife, it won't sharpen right to the handle end of the blade - this happens with my old folding Opinel. I would recommend this sharpener

El propósito de este tipo de artefactos es hacer el afilado más simple. Obviamente desgasta el acero del cuchillo para sacar nuevo y con filo, es como un "sacapuntas" como si usaras un lápiz, la gente ignorante piensa que sacara filo sin gastar acero, piensen con lógica. Es buen producto, solo la gente no tiene lógica con la utilidad de este.

Great tool

Purchased this model last year and pleased with the results. The course and fine slots sharpened my dull knives with little effort. Decided to purchase another for Christmas to give. The model I received is not the same, all black. This one does not have the protective cover over the Asian slots and the handle is lacking the finger hole. I had expected the same Red and Black unit as pictured. There should have been a notation that this model could be substituted with similar. I hope it performs like the Red and Black unit.

Love this knife sharpener as having a sharp knife makes cutting vegetables easy.
