I bought these to help with my exercises following shoulder reconstruction surgery. Once I had done several months of gradual stretching, I felt that I needed to slowly build up muscle. These are just the job, so that one can build up the weight over a period of time. Nice to hold and easy to change weights (once you realise that the centre weight stays where it is !)

I purchased these weights to help we exercise more at home. Very comfortable to use and hold during exercise. I like the fact the weight can be adjusted and you don’t require 3 different weights. Value for money.

I bought these to use in my recovery from a frozen shoulder and torn rotator cuff supervised by a physiotherapist. I use the lightest weight at present but you can add weight in as required. Easy to hold and comfortable grip and they look good too.

Me compré estas mancuernas para ir incrementando poco a poco el peso con el que hago los ejercicios. Tenía un par de 2 kg y otras de 1 kg que ya se me quedaba poco para algunas cosas. Con esas puedo llegar a hacer ejercicios con hasta 5 kg, si en el futuro quiero. Si las hubiera descubierto antes me habría ahorrado el dinero de los otros dos pares y me habría salido mucho más a cuenta. La única pega que le veo es que son un poco grandes, aunque no afecta a la mayoría de los ejercicios que hago hasta el momento.
