I’ve been using Bach RESCUE PASTILLES for a few years now for my on demand anxiety reliever, and I’m truly impressed by how effective they are for calming me. I was kind of skeptical but these actually worked. I felt a little anxious and popped one in and ten minutes later I could feel myself getting more relaxed. Great little can to throw in my purse for on the go, just in case.

I absolutely swear by these while flying. They help me manage stress and anxiety around traveling and I happen to really enjoy the flavor. They seem to be very effective for me and go to work within 15 minutes of taking them.

I love rescue remedy! I use the pastilles to help me relax and as a sleep aid every night. Black currant is my favorite flavor. My elderly mom also loves these for some much needed chill factor and her favorite is the orange and elder flower. The lemon ones are quite tart. I only wish they sold them in larger quantities, but I try to catch them on sale and stock up. The ingredients are super clean. I mean, of course, they’re made in Europe, so they don’t have all the junk that US products do. I love the handy and environmentally conscious tin design, which also has many uses after you’ve finished the tasty pastilles. The tin size can also fit in your pocket, for on the go calmness- traveling long flights, etc.. Depending on their freshness, the pastilles can be a bit harder if older or left exposed to air, and if they are very fresh, they more tender. If you try to chew on them instead of sucking on them, they will get stuck in your teeth, so you’ve been warned. But sometimes I can’t help myself because they’re quite tasty. :) Highly recommend these for a natural sleep aid that is also beneficial for nervous system support. While I wouldn’t consider this an inexpensive item, I do think that they are a good value, because the ingredients are quality and they really work. I have been using these for a long time and they continue to work, night after night.

These little pastilles work to distract a bit from anxiety. I have it really bad, and find these really do actually take the edge off when taking a pharmaceutical rescue med is isn't feasible. I have tried the cranberry, lemon, orange, and mixed berry. The only one that tasted iffy was the mixed berry, but thats all personal preference. They are worth a try!

Price seems a bit high, but tastes good. Not sure about calming effects.

I always have this in my bag and at home in times I suffer from anxiety, even during plane travels. I am a traveller but didn't get to travel for 4 years and now that I took my 1st flight again, I noticed I was having anxiety attacks. Before my 2nd flight, I did some research on what is best to take for flights and I found this one. During that second flight, I took 1 immediately after noticing that I'm starting to have anxiety attacks and after a few minutes I felt chill and relaxed. Ever since I experienced it's effectiveness, I won't ever go out without this in my bag. Here are my Pros & Cons: Pros: + Calms down my anxiety + Helps me feel relaxed + Doesn't make me feel sleepy + Makes me feel more focused especially when doing tasks + Reduces stress + Packaging is great, I like the mechanism of opening the tin can and closing it; truly one of a kind + Great Value + Subtle taste, the taste is not overpowering; not too sweet + Comes in a variety of flavours + Feels like eating a gummy bear (a little bit harder than gummy bear) + Very very effective Cons: - Hard to find here in the UAE, only available online so i just buy here in Amazon. In the UK though, it is available in pharmacies such as Boots I highly recommend you trying this out if you're like me suffering from anxiety whether from flying, stressed and overwhelmed from work or being nervous during interviews.
