Exactly what it said it was!
I thought the battery didn’t charge properly, but it was my fault. It wasn’t plugged in all the way. Everything is exactly what it should be. .

Both died after just a few charges
Well, they held a great amount of charge and worked well for the 3 or 4 charge cycles that they lasted, but now both are dead and just trigger a fault error on my chargers. Garbage. Spend the extra money on a genuine Ryobi before you buy these. I almost never buy generic batteries, and this is exactly why. I wish I hadn't taken the chance on them.

Would buy again!
These batteries are a great upgrade for Ryobi's 18v line. I'm impressed with their performance and longevity

Lot's of power.
Lot's of power. The only limitation is it does not like the Ryobi charger. I must wiggle the battery to make the small contact onto the top of charger connect with the tab on the bottom of the battery pack. Once connected it charges good.

Battery won’t take a charge
These batteries worked great until I tried to charge it two weeks ago- warranty is 365 days and I purchased them on June 10 of 2023- I would definitely not buy these batteries again- If they last one year on the dot you can find them cheaper that last longer

Not even close to Ryobi Quality
These batteries were fully charged and put into my tool bag to use. They were used ONCE in my Ryobi circular saw, and could not even complete ONE cut in 1/2" plywood before it died. Cheaper price, yes. But save your money and buy original equipment instead.

Not as good as an original Ryobi
I have been doing a lot of sanding on outdoor wood furniture with my Ryobi belt sander and needed additional batteries. I bought these batteries along with an original Ryobi. Yes, you get two here for a great price but they do not last as long as an original and when first used the speed of the belt sander was noticeably slower. Next time I need another battery, I will stick with an original.

Plug and play works with Ryobi chargers
Good fit and weight for my Ryobi drill and saw. Original equipment replacement for a almost ten year old kit. Works right out of the box (about a 3/4 charge). The remaining capacity led indicator is a nice extra that the original batteries did not have. Not sure about how long they last as I put the battery back on the charger when I an done with a job. Good “bang for the buck” value that extends the life of my cordless saw and drill kit.

Of course I have the 1.5ah batteries that come with the ryobi kits, but I was looking for 2 new batteries to let me work longer between charges wince im working off grid. I bought 2x 5ah batteries (noname) and have had them for years they work great! However the batteries this company is selling have not been a smart purchase, the plastic cracks the first use and clips are weak. The batteries often need "help" reaching full charge meaning you have to take batteries off and put em back on to cycle over and over till its full otherwise it never shows a full charge. This was tested on many different chargers. In conclusion I have had great luck with cheap batteries but these 6.5ah batteries are not recommended. Having said this $60/2 is still far cheaper than any new ryobi 18v battery.

Seem great at 1st had lots of power. After half a dozen uses just would not even register on the charger. I have 3 different chargers for ryobi and won't work on any of them

I purchased 4 of these batteries just over a year ago. They were supposed to replace my 4 original OEM batteries. As it turns out the OEM batteries are still working, they just don't hold a long charge when working will my skill (technically not a skill saw) saw. These new batteries failed 6 months after normal use. The batteries themselves are ok, it's the electronics that seem to have failed. In any event they wont charge anymore. Probably the heat sensor failed (just a guess). Oddly enough my original OEM batteries are still going strong 4 years later. They just don't hold the same charge any more.
