Nice little EDC and use in field
Sharp and durable blade. Keeps the edge. Tight fitting handle and screws. Comes with nice pouch which is overkill IMO but nice touch. Easy pocket EDC.

5 years of use, has been a great knife
I have been daily pocket carrying this knife for 5 years now. It's lightweight and just the right size for normal everyday tasks. I use it at work and at home for just about everything. From stripping 8-14ga wire to scraping rust off of carburetor parts and everything in between, It has been a great knife. I have even used it as a flat head screw driver in a pinch several times. It stays fair sharp but I dull it often with the abuse it put it through. The lockup has stayed solid and the bearings as still fairly smooth. I get a lot of grit in it that I have to blow out occasionally then put a drop of oil in the pivot. There is still no side play in the pivot and I have never had any of the screws get loose. I can't speak for the durability of the pocket clip that came on it because I removed it on day one and never used it. It's been a great knife for the cost.

Compact, Sharp, and Surprisingly Premium for the Price
I’ve been really impressed with the CJRB Maileah pocket knife. The 2.39” AR-RPM9 powder steel blade came razor sharp out of the box and has held its edge very well with regular EDC use. It’s compact but feels solid in hand, and the action is smooth with easy one-handed opening. The fit and finish are excellent for this price point, and it carries comfortably without feeling bulky. Overall, this is a well-made, reliable little knife that punches above its weight. Great choice for everyday carry or anyone wanting quality steel in a small, stylish package.

Good little knife with a few (fixable) problems
This is an interesting little knife, small and light enough that it carrys well in shorts or light pants but not so small you cannot do real work with it. It is a bit of a struggle to use the thumb studs with my L to XL hands, but the flipper tab is well designed and I have no problems opening it this way. One issue I did find is that the captured blade-stop pin in mine is a little to short: this pin can slide back and fourth in the handle and if it happens to slid all the way to one side, the opposite end comes out of the liner and is not supported at all. I noticed this because the stop pin in my knife was occasionally tilted / at an angle inside the handle when the blade was open, but seemed fine whenever the blade was closed. To fix this I removed one scale (handle) and added a small shim to both sides of the stop-pin made from the tip of a ziptie - this keeps the blade-stop pin centered in the handle and supported by the liners on both ends. The other minor issue I had was out of the box the liner lock was very stiff, although this seems to have be due at least in part to the blade-stop pin issue above. I did adjust it slightly while I had it apart and I'm pretty happy with it now. I put a Civivi deep carry pocket clip on mine, one with the recessed screw holes. The stock clip is very dainty, and in combination with how small the handle is I wanted to use a larger clip so I'd have more to hold on to. The Civivi holes are not exactly the same spec, but they close enough that it works without modification if you reuse the original CJRB screws. Cannot vouch for other / aftermarket Civivi clips. The Spyderco Dragonfly is probably the closest in size and they compare pretty well. With my large hands the dragonfly is a little more comfortable to use due to it's generous finger choil, but it's also ~3 times the price which has to be considered. The Civivi Pragma is another one I have that's pretty close in size, but ~2x the price. For anyone watching their weight, the Maileah comes in at ~65g, the Dragonfly is ~34g, and the Pragma is ~54g.

Great buy and with the money
Love this knife. I use it as my EDC since it is small enough to fit in my pocket without digging in my side. It is very sharp out of the box and holds an edge very well. the design of the shape fits nicely in my hand. With a flick of my thumb, it glides open and locks in place until I release the thumb lock. Super safe.

Great little knife, but needed some tuning, the color in the picture is my own custom color
This is a great design on this knife. I like the materials and the size. It was a great price too. The knife came hair shaving sharp. The only problem I had with the knife is that the liner lock bar was too stiff. The knife took A LOT of force to overcome the detent when opening. Then when closing the knife it was hard to push the liner over far enough to unlock the knife easily. I had to take the knife apart and adjust the tension on the liner lock bar. Once I did this and cleaned and oiled the knife it performs wonderfully. I also bought the jade version with the intention of dying the handle scales. I am pleased with how they turned out. I ended up with a ruby color that looks great on the knife. I bought it as a gift but my wife likes it so much that I may have to buy another one for her too. I am not sure if others have had the same issue with having to tune the knife, but it is something to consider. If you have the know how, it is not hard to do, but if you want to just pull the knife out of the box and use it as is, then you may have slight problems. I would have no problem buying another one, but I do feel like the quality control could be a little better. I would have given 5 stars if the liner lock bar weren't so stiff out of the box, but it wasn't really useable the way it came. The front flipper will take some practice and getting used to. I have a couple knives now with a front flipper and I love them. But there is a slight learning curve. Video shows some ways of opening the knife.
