This tubing is used for non-pressurized brake fluid connections, ie. connecting your remote fluid reservoir (brake or clutch) to your master cylinder or to delete the reservoir all together. Quantity of one (1) means you will receive 1 foot of (12 inches / 30cm) Tygon 2375 tubing Review: Pricey but good product - Higher price than others but works well for brake fluid Review: So far, so good. - Deleted the rear pegs and reservoir on my MT09. It has been a few months with no leaks. Good stuff.

A little pricey but does the job
I have a aftermarket master cylinder on my 2006 CBR1000RR. The reservoir is also not in the stock location. I tried a couple of different clear hoses and all of them were degraded by the brake fluid. Some wept fluid out of them, others turned milky. This stuff works perfectly. It’s obviously not for brake line pressure but for a hose from your reservoir to your master cylinder it is perfect.

Great for motorcycle hydraulics but NOT for a car.
I bought this hose for use on an automotive clutch master cylinder, only to find out that its operating temperature limit precludes under-hood applications. I'm sure it would be perfect for a sport bike because the clear wall lets you see your hydraulic fluid. Automotive applications seem to require EPDM tubing which is very hard to find.

Garbage-Kinks and Leaks
I tried to use this to connect ZX 14 brake and clutch master cylinders to aftermarket reservoirs. It failed miserably. I hooked up the brake with little difficulty, but the clutch portion kinked and leaked air. After a couple of days, I tried again using the leftover portion of the hose. This time, I was very careful with the position of the reservoir, cylinder inlet, and length of hose. As I was tightening up the hose clamps, I noticed that all the brake fluid had leaked out of the brake reservoir hose. I quit. It's possible that the 1/4 inch hose might have provided a better seal, but I don't care. I'm done. I got some DOT 3, 4, 5 fluid compatible hose from Brake Hoses Unlimited instead, and it works perfectly.

Disappointed
Rebuilding a motorcycle and needed a new low pressure line for the reservoir to master cylinder. The hose kinks like crazy unlike traditional hoses.

Cool stuff. However it will only fit stock front brake reservoir. You need the 6mm tygon tubing for the rear brake or Brembo reservoir. Hope my $50 mistake will be your free lesson...
