This is by far the best phone kickstand on the market. Functions as a comfortable grip and a sturdy stand for both orientations. The provided adhesive does wear out after a few months, but invest in a roll of 3M double sided tape to reapply it. While the provided tape is 3M, the double sided roll on Amazon is insanely strong and never requires a reapplication. After a year the hinge finally busted on the kickstand. Extremely good value for the price. Especially compared to the popular brands on the market.

It's really the perfect stand! I have had three of these (because the others were attached to phones that I sold), and have tried other designs, but none were as good as this. As for for the adhesive, it's plenty strong enough. Wash your hands. Clean your phone case well with Windex or vinegar. Dry it thoroughly. The wipe it down with rubbing alcohol, and dry it very well. Peel the backing from the adhesive and press the stand firmly into place, holding for about a minute. Then be careful with it for the first 24 hours. Do not try to use this on a frosted, or textured case, nor a case that is made from silicone, and you'll be fine. It works very well, whether you stand the phone vertically or horizontally. You can always buy double-sided tape or 3M adhesive strips if you want or need to reposition it, or move it to a new phone. The current stand is now attached to it's 2nd phone, and has been for well over a year.

Great Functionality, Adhesive Could Be Better I really like this iPhone kickstand overall. The stand itself works great—I can watch movies horizontally or set it up vertically for video calls with no problem. It feels sturdy and holds the phone at a good angle. The only downside was the adhesive. It didn’t stick very well at first, and I ended up using a bit of super glue to keep it secure. Once I did that, it’s been perfect.

Pros: - The stand looks and feels great from a build quality perspective - The adhesive was excellent; people complaining about it must have either not let it set or were likely actively pulling it off, since it literally took a knife between the stand and phone cover to get it off - Very convenient for a multitude of situations, be it laying down to watch a video or putting it on a desk - Excellent customer service; the seller sent out a replacement for free within a day of my complaint (outlined below) Cons: - As seen in the picture the hinge became loose after 6 months and lost its torque/resistance, resulting in the tab not staying in its closed position; shortly thereafter it broke off completely - I positioned the stand horizontally towards the bottom of my phone (when the phone is in vertical orientation). This allowed me to use the stand in both phone orientations, however the vertical orientation is quite unstable and slight touch can knock it over - This is a minor grievance but if you're a germ freak like me and sanitize your phone often, it's hard to clean out the small space adjacent to the hinge. Gunk will build up there and a q-tip and alcohol didn't manage to clean it well Overall it's a solid product. 3/5 in terms of build quality though due to it breaking down quickly. Would recommend the manufacturer fix that hinge issue.

I purchased this 3 years ago. Used it for a while and then got a new phone case with a built-in kickstand so I didn’t need it anymore. Until the built-in kickstand on my new phone case broke. I was able to replace the broken kickstand with this ESR kickstand. This comes with at least 2 adhesives. So this kickstand had been on this purple phone case for about 18 months. The adhesive just gave way so I replaced it now in March 2025. This is better than the built-in kickstand that broke. I applied it to the “well” where I removed the broken kickstand. It’s flush with the rest of the case and I think this helps keep it from falling off, especially since I keep my phone in my pockets a lot. Initially I was able to make it stand in portrait orientation, but after a couple of phone drops it weakened the hinge so now I can only use it in landscape mode (unless I lean it on something). I would 100% buy this again. In fact when I need a new phone case I’ll prob get one similar to this purple case where I can remove the built-in kickstand and replace it with an ESR kickstand. I don’t know why it’s so hard to find a phone case with ALL the features I want (camera cover and kickstand that works in both portrait and landscape orientation).

Though for a phone, I wanted a kickstand for my Steam Deck LCD model and from what I experienced this is a great and sturdy stand for an item heavier then a phone, it doesn’t fall off which is a great sign that it’s adhesive is strong and it’s simple which personal I like no big logo or crazy difference in looks for my black device! If your worried that once it’s sticks it’s stuck I would say don’t worry I had to change back plates and I was able to move the stand off one back to the other as long as you don’t damage it too much you should be fine!

I liked the concept but the adhesive just didn’t hold up. Customer service was great and they gave me a refund, so that was great.

This kickstand is now a must have. Historically, I always used Spigen Tough Armor because I loved the kickstand. My last phone, the Motorola Edge Plus 2023, had no Spigen case available. So I picked up a liquid air case and popped one of these on it. That was 2 years ago. The kickstand is still on the case and still works amazingly. Yeah the paint has chipped and scratched off in a few spots, but it still is holding on with the original 3M adhesive like a champ. Today, I just put one on my Spigen Slim case on my Pixel 9. Absolutely love this product and cringe reading the poor reviews. I will not say I think it should be placed directly on a glass back, but I can say 💯 it grips a case like a champ. High quality product worth every penny.

It looks small but is hell of a product , used many models earlier , but this one if fixed at the right spot on the back , does what it stays , keeps the mobile straight like a giraffe , very stable and a no non sense product , good simple innovative product

This stand is much better than other similar products. Looks high quality and so far hasn't let me down. Has replaced the larger stand at my desk. While typing in vertical position, it's better to use one hand to hold the phone. In horizontal position make sure to follow the instructions as per the guide. The glue takes time to set in. Keep that in mind. A must have accessory for your phone.
